So...I finished watching Puella Magi Madoka Magica. At first glance of the artwork and a few random clips, it's a typical magical girl anime that appears incredibly girly. But...well, watch it. It's not really as it advertises at first glance. I mean, look at this, then this. Same show. Yes. The same show. I'd say it's worth a shot. Besides, it's only 12 episodes. Not a long one by any stretch.

Anyone else see this one?

Sorry, i missed the part about QFC. But hey, let this be a lesson to all. Never say "The Starbucks on this road" for a meeting place. I went to two different wrong Starbucks within the same mile stretch of the road before I got to the right one. Dang Washington and it's obsession with Starbucks.

Yeah, I'm really more of an introvert in real life. I don't say things without thinking about them first, but online, I got plenty of time to think before I talk, so I end up saying a whole lot more.

When my dad gets mad, he swears. A lot. So you probably used it a lot less often than he does on a bad day.

But no really, I don't mind. I don't swear for fear of offending people, but I'm not offended my cussing myself, so by all mines, bombs away.

Last Monday, my Sci-fi Anime club at school held a Brawl Tournament just for one person who was going back to Japan shortly thereafter, because he had missed his turn to compete in the major Game Night eventthe club had a week prior. He just never showed up when we called his name and called his name and looked for him. Turns out he didn't show up for this one either. Both times, a girl who had never played the game before (A different girl each time!) substituted for him and lost, badly.

Oy... Poor guy. Hope he's okay.

What was the craziest summer of your life? Mine was '09 there were atleast 2 or three parties a week. We had block parties that lasted days. There were so many beer pong games it was epic, and the summer of '10 me and 2 friends went on a 3 week bender with 4 locos, lol

Back when I was 17, during the summer of '08, I moved out and lived with two friends in a trailer. It was pretty tough, considering rent was expensive and I couldn't get a job, and we hardly had food lying around. It was still an incredibly good time, and since we had some free time since we never had to go drive around to our respective houses to hang out (all of which were really far apart from each other), we got a lot of nerd s*** accomplished, mostly in the video games department.

it's coming up really quick. If I recall, it's in January. But I thought the nominations began at the end of November (don't quote me on that).

Anyway, today I found out that THERE ARE ACTUALLY people out there who, when they hear the speech from Independence Day, think it was an actual speech given during the Revolutionary War. Sad, but true.
