I got it to work but the screen is really small. The screen flashed a bunch of times. I can't remember that the exact error was. So, for right now I will continue to play it with the screen small.

Is the screen flashing for you in full-screen? It flashes for me too, so I have to play ZC quests in smaller screen as well. Oh well... icon_sorry.gif

I'm asking this here since I'm guessing you guys haven't been on the armageddon forums, but I'm still on a standstill in the master dome. I know now that I have to get here:

with the door having a lock on it. I also know that I need to flip the dungeon to make it have said lock. There's a small problem. To do that I must go here:

but when I flip it again, the path to the neccesary room is closed off. The bottom, left, and right paths are not only, in a nutshell, one and the same, but they lead no where near it. The top path only leads to dead ends. There's 3 paths, Up Up right and down, which is a dead end. Up and right, which is a dead end. Up up left down and right which leads back to the room above the switch room. I need to go up up left down and left again but I can't because it's cut off. Is there something I need to do that I'm missing? And if so what?

It looks like you have the map. Go back to where you got the map. That is your hint.

I had previously thought of that, and even tried it, I did manage to get myself in the upper right room of master dome, but not upper left. I don't think that's where I'm supposed to go.

Uh, I really don't remember a thing about Master Dome. Dm is the only dungeon not made by me you see, and it is too tough for me... XD

But I can take a look at the level later today to see what is the correct route.



EDIT - You have to go back to the chest where you got the map. When in the chest room, head south, then west, then north and you come to the locked door.

I am stuck in level 1 I can't open the door in the room with the statue, I keep shooting on it it won't open.wat is the trick? I have 140 arrows shooting on the statue. Please help me!! icon_cool.gif

Always be exactly south of it, because if it closes its eye, then its HP is refilled and you start over!

Partially true Peteo. I made the first cave portion of level 5 and the inner sanctum (minus the four black and white worlds) of level 5 including the dungeon boss room. So I did make a good amount of level 5. Peteo just went through and detailed the hell out of it and did the black and white recaps.

Ah, I see it now. Apparently it isn't just the stars that flip the dungeon, but the warps as well, thanks.

Also, YES, I killed the 10 headed hydra in 1 try without medicine. Though I died after the warp, I had no problem going back through and getting the boss key, now unto the boss......A slow moving death knight that does less damage? Well I suppose it's only fair since you don't get the gold ring in this game. I would say he'd have made a better subboss and the hydra a better actual boss. Still, pretty good dungeon. I actually died, 10 times in fact.

Nah it was a decent challenge alright. The boss and subboss were anti-climactic is all. Dealing with fire wizzrobes, mirror wizzrobes(when you don't have the mirror shield), and bombchus simultaneously takes it's toll on anyone. I died 10 times in the dome. The bosses take credit for 0 of them though. Boss of catacombs was harder than the boss of master dome. As for the subboss, he felt about as hard as the catacombs boss, but I did have an extra heart so maybe that's why I didn't need medicine(I used medicine at 1 whole heart left on the catacombs boss, and ended up 1 1/2 hearts from full health, so I wasn't that far from not using medicine on him either)

I died against the Master Dome boss a few times, but I took advantage of certain...things of the room to eventually beat it.

Of course, it didn't help that I only went through that dungeon with the Blue Ring, but...well, I deserved it.

Hmm... I wonder if anyone has actually beaten the MD boss without taking advantage of those "certain things". It is possible, but the battle would be much tougher...

I made it without those "helping things", because when I activated one for the first time, I thought it spawns damage combos, so I never tried again. At first, I thought it's impossible, but then I took advantage of the columns and the fact that if I slash it diagonally, it gets swiped away numerous tiles.
