Okay, how does this look? And Giggidy, I used a palette from your tileset. I think I got the water right. Also, I added the MC mountains, which I am now in the process of adding the Pure terrains to.

What do you all think?
Water has the same palette problem as before. I took the liberty of re-ripping it straight into your modified DoR palette (any reason why you swapped the csets around?) so you can leech straight in: 8-bit color is required! I also redid your blues so the shallow water should (hopefully) look better, but there's really only so much you can do in 4 colors with tiles designed to have 7.

As for the rest of the palette, your main limitation is how eye-blindingly bright the grass has to be because the same colors are used on the lightest parts of the trees. Besides, I've phased out the main palette in SoT anyway due to brightness problems. Somewhat misleadingly Cset1 is the "main" palette in the set now.
Finally, you're still using the water tiles incorrectly. Here's a tutorial image to show you how it's supposed to look, minus the detailing due to time constraints:

Notice the southward tiles are dedicated and are not flips or rotations of any other tiles. Note also the shallow-deep water transitions are also unique and other tiles should not be used here. And again, with the exception of the shallow borders and the southward edges there are 2 tiles that need to be alternated.

As for me, I spent some time tweaking the palette I just threw together in 10 minutes for the contest, and I think I'm finally satisfied with a winter palette for this set! Hooray!
