These shots are just demonstration shots to show the capabilities of it when it's incomplete. When it's complete I will make sure it is well organized and very versatile, making it easy to use.

Okay now. I've ripped in some new tiles and other stuff. (thanks to Moo2wo for the diagonal water) I recolored the flowers by hand by completely redrawing them pixel by pixel. I didn't use the recolor button as it usually messes things up. What do you guys think?

You messed up the import of the water: Looks like the middle blues were badly merged. Here's my own recolor for the DoR palette:

Furthermore, the borders are misused: There are two 16x16 tiles that should be alternated, not one that's just repeated.
I'm not really liking the pure grass next to the MC graphics. The pure grass has zero definition. The pure mountains are also lacking in detail compared to the MC tiles.
I'm also not that into the palette. Too little contrast: It looks like there's a white mist over the screen making everything blend together. It doesn't help you're using the grass colors on the trees which severely limits what you can do to fix this.
Honestly not terribly sure why you're trying to reinvent the wheel here, my tileset is still available and would make a better base than DoR.

But, there's something about the water that looks strange. I just don't know what.
By the way, those are some of my favorite mountains. I think the farthest river/lake tile should be gone, and made straight.

Have you thought of using the "Bright Bluey" palette? I think it's nicer than that one. It's easier on the eyes, and better.
