Okay, I'm at lake Hylia, and completely lost. It seems like everywhere I go needs the Goron Mask. Where do I find it?

I assume that you mean the Hylia Waste when it's all dry.

You got to hit one of the rocks that's blocking the way down deeper into the lake bed with the hammer. Just hit them all, you'll eventually find the right one.

Where is the first (blue/red) tunic/suit?
Is it in the house near the entrance to the graveyard? -cause if so, do I need the third sword to enter, or is there another way?

Hm, you are the one messaging me on YouTube about L2 shield?

Nevertheless, in Garden Gallery, start by getting 3 keys: big circle room bottom right corner under a bush; upper left are of big circle room, kill all enemies; burn bush painting at east end of big circle room, solve the puzzle, slash the upper left bush in the next room. Then upper right area has the trail where you use up the keys. After the miniboss,go directly left from the center to get bow. Go into the center to teleport to the next floor, then go left and hookshot the painting: soon you get a key, then go to the upper left area on the second floor, booerang the crystals on the other side and you soon have the arrow. You must shoot many things after that.

The L2 shield is far away, unless you can find the only one in Hyrule. It's well hidden at the east part of Mt.Death, very well hidden. No even secret sounds on that screen.

I just got the Giant's Wallet. So, where is the Happy Mask Shop?

Northwest main overworld. One screen right from start, but you need to go around. South, east, then into the cave, up the dried river, hookshot left, then you are soon there. Each time you buy a new mask, you instantly can try it in the lobby area of the shop.

So I have to go all the way back there to buy it, then come all the way back down to the lake? Dang, that's gonna take a while.

How do you get to "the outher path" of the inside of Plant pond?

Go as west from the entrance as you can and bomb the west wall. The clue is that all other directions let you advance a bit further, but west is a plain wall.

But when I go one square left, the water is blocking my way, how do I get past?

Hookshot the wall where the starfish is sticking out. It took me awhile to figure that out as well.
