I have produced a new track. I've been told it sounds a lot like something by Moby.

It does. I quite like it. Will it be in your next album?

Oh wow. I knew about the version for Chrome (and played around with it), but I didn't know there was one that worked with Firefox. That's awesome!

This made my day. Russ had shown me the Chrome one, but a FireFox one? Awesome. icon_biggrin.gif

icon_xd.gif Nice. I imagine that would be pretty entertaining. icon_razz.gif

Like I mentioned in the bulletin thread, I had an interview Monday. I got the job. So now I'm stocking shelves with bread. It's pretty simple and straightforward, but I think it'll also be enough to keep me somewhat active. Lots of carts and moving of things to be done. XD The interview was so casual and the whole environment seems pretty relaxed. At least, my boss is very relaxed. Not that I'm complaining; just saying. :3

Today was Mom's birthday.

I had a family member pull a knife on me. I had another family member threaten to beat me within an inch of my life.

Nobody will believe me when I tell them. Nobody ever does. This kind of stuff has happened more than once.

Right now I wish I were dead. It'd be better than living through this, always hated by everyone close to me.

... I'm not quite sure how to respond. I had thought things were getting better between you and your family. If you don't mind my asking, what happened? You're in my prayers, Schwa.

Meh, my brother threatened my life the day after Christmas. Just continue working toward being better than people like them. Honestly, I'd need to know more about your living conditions and what your lifestyle is like to give you better advice, but... eh. I can understand if you're uncomfortable with giving that out.

I'll say this though. Life ain't picking daisies and skipping through meadows. I have learned this the harder way, too. And I'm still here.

Weird as it sounds, it wouldn't be as bad if they did it more often. They're just so RANDOM, though. I never have any remote idea what any of them are going to say or do next. And they say the same thing about me, so really I can't even tell if it's just my imagination and if I'm the crazy one or if I'm in the right after all.

But nobody ever believes me when I tell them anything. Ever. That alone is enough to make me want to just blast myself into smoldering vapors...

Either I'm beyond hope, or they are. I feel pitted against them. I feel at war with my own family, and I hate it so much.

The fact that you're worried you're the one at fault makes me feel pretty confident when saying you're not. People who do that sort of thing don't give it a second thought. I know it's difficult...I can't really think of anything else to say. It's just really sad. I'm sorry you have to deal with that sort of thing.

That sounds horrible. I'm sorry that you're going through this, and I hope that the situation will improve.

Can't you just get away from them entirely? Hell, maybe even talk to the police, if that's appropriate. If things are really that bad, there's no sense in putting up with it, even if the other options aren't great.

He would need evidence, otherwise it really wouldn't work out well if they found out he called the police and they got away with what they did >_>

The issues are somewhat cleared up. I hid from them at my friend's house today, and my friend's mom agreed to mediate while my step brother and I worked out our dispute.

At least I feel somewhat safe again. I dunno. I'll feel better after I fix my bike. (I picked up a Tube/Tire Repair Kit today at K-Mart. Walked nearly six miles there and back.)
