I never would have figured that out to get to the other side. The way you have to push that rock is the most unintuitive of the directions you can push it, and it seems strange. While Level 2 was easy, I find some things odd. Such as you can burn certain ice but other ice you have to light torches in a separate room to clear. 

 

Anyways, I'm not sure what to do after level 2. I found some HCPs, found Hyrule Castle & Kakariko, but not sure what to do next. I found a well and a super bomb, but idk what to use the super bomb on. Hopefully I don't need it cause I accidentally tried blowing up a gate in the town and that failed.

After finishing the well, you should get the boomerang, which will grant you access to the woods to the south of Kakariko. As for the super bomb, you won't really need one until they're available in a shop.

What to do after Gerudo Fortress which I assume was L7? It says I should ocarina the altar above the "fortress", but I don't see any kind of altar around the desert and the neighbor area.

The "power of red" hint means that I need to superbomb a red tree for the red tunic? I superbombed the tree with the flute boy, but nothing happened (however, I forgot to play the ocarina on that screen... it surely would do something), so I resetted to avoid losing my only superbomb.

It said to play the Ocarina above THE ENTRANCE of the fortress! So it's INSIDE the fortress, just one screen above the entrance. If you've played A Link to the Past, it's that altar where you got your magic doubled.

About the hint, you've got most of it narrowed down. It's not the tree with the flute boy though, it's the next red tree you'll meet after the fortress. Playing the Ocarina on the outside has a whole different effect.

I'm really glad you liked it that much. I hope the ending is also worth it!

How to pass these two screens?

 

These two are the only ones I seem to be able to go without reaching a dead end.

You're right to be worried, you're gonna need about 6 more.

Both these screens have a misplaced/wrong tile. 1st image = the right eye of the third tree, 2nd image = the "legs" of the first couple of trees. Try hitting those.

The theme of this dungeon is deception. There are clues which are fake and do nothing, as well as mistakes that are the actual solution etc etc.

Also, I would recommend playing the Ocarina while outside if you haven't done so already and go through an ordeal or two. You can complete all of them right now and they are well worth it.

The pink squares with '5' in them are arrow flags. Hit one of them with your arrows.

So, what about that room where you start encased in blocks and there are 3 hint rooms to the right of it?

I arranged the blocks in the way it is shown in the 2nd room. When, unfortunately, more blocks appeared, I mocked them with items upon the pattern of the 3rd room. Now, I tried to shoot magic at places where the 4th room showed, but it didn't do anything nor before I bombed the block, neither afterwards.

Please explain the situation.

 

Also, you know who, if your life is precious, who, just who you shouldn't put in a trap that has wizzrobes summoning splitting darknuts, lanmolas and goriya 3s? ME!

Seriously, if the enemy takes more time to kill than the time between summonings AND it's any problem if that enemy is present in an overabundance, then you shouldn't set it as a summoned enemy. Ever. At least not when you aren't sure that the player has best ring, best sword, full potion and nayru's love. I almost quit the first time it happened and then I only had blue tunic and L2 sword! And no hammer.

 

I must tell, most of the time I play I do it without sound, so secret-dependant places are a bit harder for me, not being able to hear the secret sound.
