I don't have a white Rope, I don't think...  Perhaps you mean the white Like Like or white Gel?  The White/Blue/Whatever Gibdo is something I've rebalanced a few times.  It produces the "drunk" effect.  The drunk effect is cumulative and you set a duration on it.  It gets worse the longer you have left.  What I wanted was just a few seconds of Link being "cursed", but at only a few seconds the effect is very small.  So instead I ended up with a long effect... If someone knows a way to rejigger it, I'd like to make that more what I intended.

The Power Glove is in the Gibdo dungeon, which is one of the harder dungeons (from a navigation perspective).  The entrance to it is on the islands. HylianGlaceon posted a guide on getting through it a few posts back.  He's actually the first to do so, I think, since I'm 90% sure my playtester just lucked his way through some red bubbles with sword intact to complete it.

As for Boss Keys on Death Mountain, there should only be ones for the first and third floors, I believe.  If you're stuck, you might have to search around for an entrance you may have missed.  Some of them can only be accessed by passing through lower levels, but not all.  You will need the Power Glove to proceed all the way, but it sounds like you're stuck before that point.

Yep sorry for the likelike and gibdo, shouldn't have made the message while walking ;-)

Interesting drunken effect really... it is juste that, as the money is pretty scarce, the fact that you can loose a potion (which is quite expensive to begin with) can be a problem.

Ok so back to gibdo I must have miss something :-P By the way I liked the gorilla level, the way to find the key was difficult but fun in a way :-) The only thing was the number of likelike which added a bit of difficulty (fear of loosing the shield) that was perhaps a bit over the top. But the idea was really good :-)

must be daft or something because I just don't get the gibdo puzzle... In fact i don't see any colour difference with the 4 rooms you can access (but I am a bit colour blind so  it can come from that). In each of those rooms there is only acces to underworld or outside or it is the door with the boss key... No permanent jinx or anything, I just don't see what I could do...

For me this is one of those quests you have to take a break from and then come back later to try again and again. Today I worked in the Goriya dungeon. It took a a while but I finally managed to get that prize, YEY!

...and I am doing this quest without the red ring which I missed long ago. Ugh! (a kind quest maker might make it so that doesn't happen to anyone else.) Never the less i am enjoying the fun and struggle, Thanks for this quest. Maybe some day I will actually be able to finish it. You make a complicated quest, my friend.

I have finished the graveyard dungeon and am ready to proceed to the NE corner of the overworld.  I seem to have missed any hints regarding the maze solution in that area (there are a few red & blue lynels on the maze screen.)  Would anyone care to drop a hint (or post the solution in a spoiler?)  Many thanks in advance.

Agreed. Perhaps there could be a shop (either in the overworld or underworld) that sells the red ring as well as any other potentially miss-able items.

It spawns in a certain room when you kill all the enemies. The room is to the left and down one from where the compass marker is on the map. It shouldn't be too difficult to get there.

Hi mr Snooze, after getting that red ring and silver arrow and killing ganon, then entering  dark world, I notice didn't have the boots,,(omg) so ..... need start all over.....
-
though couln't harm that blue spider trowing fire at the first room, (got silver arrows)

mmm... no sure, but outside the land is full of spikes (all over) , also there is a black rock that I can't move, think I may need an update for my power glove ????,, need to start a new game and be more carefull,,

Yeah, you need to either F6 or die by the spikes. Boots don't exist in this.
