Take a look around the overworld and look for something to Super Bomb I think you'll find it pretty quick

It should be pretty obvious, It's a rather large rock that just looks like it wants you to bomb it. Look north of the swamp in the overworld

If you talking about the one where there a heart container in the same screen siiting on a ledge north of where the big rock was, I already got did that one. I tried bombing the thin tree to the west of that big rock was and that didn't work. Ditto for the 2 trees to the left of a building in the western part of the map. There a tree blocking the way to get to the building that probably needs a candle. I don't have a candle but I did try to bomb it and that didn't work. So what am I missing?

Ah, I see where you are now. You basically need to find the ladder. If you notice, a lady in the NW part of the overworld (near that thin tree you mentioned) talks about how the mayor of Glyco Village, Mayor Rutherford, was buried with great treasure. If you go back to the village, you can use your new power bracelets to get into his grave and get the Ladder. Then, there's an open time portal past that big rock that the ladder can help you reach.

Nice Quest so far! I'm in Level 2 and I'm even now excited about travelling into the past :-)

You're missing the entrance near the Tower of Time.

Take one more look around the water there, there's no diving, just a somewhat hidden path.

The Flippers are Level 4's dungeon item. Did you need help in Level 4 getting them?

Got the flute....that involved some work....how about a clue for whereabouts of level 4, since it probably involves the item from The Tower of Time

Sure does! Now that you have the Harp, you can reach Death Mountain. The portal you'll need to use isn't far from West Shrine. You may want to explore some other time warps before you go though
