Haha, well that's good to know. I honestly didn't think anyone played God of Power, but now that I know that it's pretty well known about, I'm more motivated to work on the sequel. I'll give you a demo as soon as I can for testing purposes, but you'll have to let me know if it is too hard or not. I was going to make God of Power more difficult but I got some complaints and had to ease it. This time around, the sequel is not going to be easy.

Good to know you guys are interested. It may be quite awhile before I finish this, though. God of Power was for the most part finished over one summer, and the motivation to build it was due to the fact that it was a complete escape from all of the problems going on back then, and in a way it's those problems which made the story the way it is. It's during the school year now, so I may no be able to build as often. But either way, I'm going to try and make the sequel as unique as a quest could possibly be icon_wink.gif

Take your time. Don't listen to people if they clamor for you to finish. Release it when you are satisfied with it, not before.

Sorry if this reply is late... What exactly is the issue with level 7? Level 7 can only be found after things with Jalee are cleared up and you return to Kakariko on the final night. It's in the cave you start in the game.

Heh. I wonder if I'm just necrobumping and such.

But eh, I actually started playing this quest last night, and I wanted to know if I missed anything at the Sword cave. I noticed some stairs to the far right, but was there anything valuable? Because the bloody plot won't let me go back in. >_<

Anyway, I'm also streaming God of Power at www.twitch.tv/cswjubbz !

Hehe, I was thinking, since I'm playing, I figured peeps who liked this quest would wanna watch my struggles! Or something. Probably.

The stream starts at 4 PM CST on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

For saturdays and Sundays, I stream the quest at 2 PM CST.

Each stream lasts about 2 hours, aaaaaaand I'll repeat the schedule till I finish.

But enough about my crazy soliciting. The important thing is my question above about the sword cave.

Soooo, apparently, After all of that plot exposition after the 3rd level, I've encountered a game stopping bug in the form of losing control of Link.

I can't use anything, and I can't move him upon returning to that small town. I know i'm supposed to go look for Sarrisa, but I can't even move for some reason.

Hoping if this is a 2.10 bug or what since that's what I'm using. Hoping there's a fix for the quest. Until then...

I'll focus on that weird Amy Rose quest.

Ok, a warning to all: DO NOT WASTE THAT SUPERBOMB AFTER LEVEL 2!!  If you use all of them up after leaving Freedom Villaige, YOU ARE DOOMED.

You can NEVER get out of the desert!!

There's a REASON the voice warned you not to ue them all up...

Sorry, but this quest is now impossible for me, since someone turned the cheats off.

Jesus, I suck at getting back to people about this quest o_o

The bug with Link getting stuck seems to only affect some using 2.10. I never ran into it though, and as far as I know it's fine in 2.5

EDIT: WTF? I checked out your stream of God of Power, Jubbz, and it turns out that there is in fact no shield sold in the Kakariko shop! That's really strange. Every time I've ever played it, the shield is there. Really doesn't make a lot of sense...

That last area is WAY too hard.... I ended up having to run past Death Knights, since it is WAY too easy to get there with NO chance of beating them!

True, but I felt since you're so overpowered by that point, I might as well place some death knights leading to Ganons Castle.

This quest is definitely going to be updated soon. There are still a f*ckton of issues that need to be worked out.

So, I died to the Darknuts in the Temple of the Sword. I only have 3 bombs. Pretty sure I can't do anything now.

If I am missing bombs somewhere, could someone tell me. If not, maybe the quest could be updated in the future to be able to replenish bombs somewhere.
