I used build 254, which I can say is very buggy when it comes to playing 2.10 quests, and I never ran into the bug he is experiancing.

Ricky of Kokiri, please open up your LttH text file and tell me what version of the quest is in the header. Version 1.2.4 is the most recent. (Please also verify that the version number in the header matches the most recent entry in the "Updates" section.)

It's the version that's currently on PureZC- version 1.2.0, , though the most recent entry in the "Updates" is 1.2.2

Also, just in case this helps, the version of 2.11 I'm using is b 10 (it comes with Castle Haunt 3 from the AGN quest database).

EDIT: Okay, I just downloaded the lastest version of the quest from the AGN database, and the glitch still occurs.

In the sky. Go to the bottom right screen of Lake Hylia, and climb the mountain into the heavens. Here, you need 4 keys to enter the Palace of Spirits. After getting the item from the Palace of Spirits, use it in the large tower to get to level 8.

It is on the second level of the heavens. But you need Din's Fire from the Palace of Spirite to get through it.

Yeah, a little problem...I'm in Level 3, in a room that has to have the Boss Key in it (SE area, collapsing floor). But when I can get in range to boomerang the switch, the floor falls out from under Link's feet, and the blocks are back up when he reappears. And there's no other way to reach the chest. This a bug or something?

You have to quickly run to the end of the falling floor, use the ladder to cross the small pit back to stable ground, grab the key, and then hit the switch to lower the blocks so you can get back.

Hmm...didn't think it would let me use the ladder there...

The Boss Key wasn't in the chest, but it was a key I had to use nearby to get the Boss Key. And it wasn't in the SE area of the dungeon, just the eastern part. Amazing what you forget overnight.

Hi.
I got to level 4 and I have the key from the outside. I got the tunic.
I cannot use the key on the entrance to level 4.
Does anybody have a helpful hint?

What version of ZC are you using? If you're using 2.10, you'll have no problems. At all. Ever.

If you're using 2.5, you may not be able to open that door, especially if you're using an earlier beta. A later beta will be better, though not perfect. (For example, 758 has a lot of bugs related to items.)
