People don't seem to understand exactly what "evolution" means. Just because the Rito evolved from Zora in the AT, doesn't mean that the Zora no longer exist in that timeline, as the Rito could simply be an evolutionary branch suited to living in the Dragon Roost area while other Zora stayed elsewhere. It's entirely possible that Zora still exist in Wind Waker, bus simply aren't seen. Perhaps they just went into hiding under the sea after Greatfish Isle was attacked. There's also nothing saying that Rito don't exist in other timelines and are similarly unseen. Really the presence and coexistence of Rito and Zora doesn't actually necessitate any sort of timeline convergence.

To be honest merging (whatever that means) would make things more complicated, not less. Unless you mean someone goes back in time and stops any time-travel from ever happening in OoT... which would mean one new timeline that overwrites all three, so now there are four

While I am rather obsessed with zelda I am harmless compared to others here But I also prefer the timeline to stay seperated.

These are the amiibo available for the game.  What Jared linked to is a Nendoroid figure, which are popular characters chibi-fied.

 

Anyway, I sincerely doubt any kind of timeline merger.  The story would have to be infinitely more complex for that, to be honest.
