I hate that mini game with the stupid harp, I've tried over and over and cannot get that, side-quest done...I'll never never get it done..., Nintendo what was you thinking when you made that side-quest.

Oh joy...I look forward to that.

Just outside the second dungeon now. Bomb bowling is possibly the best thing ever. Lots of stuff to do, which is probably why I haven't been too focused on completing the dungeons right away.

Actually, I need to go check back with the people at the pumpkin soup place to see if I can do more stuff there yet.

Ugh, that sidequest. Well, it's more the harp's fault than the sidequest. The harp is officially the worst instrument in a Zelda game. I'm disappointed; I thought rhythm games would die with Spirit Tracks. At least in that game there was actually a challenge to play different notes.

Anyways... still on the search for the fifth dungeon, but for some reason I found my GCN TP save file I had tried to start on a few months ago and it had only just gotten up to Hyrule Field, so I played that a bit as well. I didn't try to swing the controller to slash, but I will admit to trying to point the GCN controller around to aim when I whipped out the slingshot.

Anyways, SS notes time:

The boat with the timestone on it is pretty much the coolest thing I've ever seen in a Zelda game. Seriously, sailing along, watching the environment transform into a lake with lots of depth as you went... It was incredibly amazing. And it's also funny how they managed to sneak a Wind Waker/Phantom Hourglass reference in with said boat. And best of all? The boat's almost entirely controlled with the control stick and A button!! Sure you use the Wiimote to aim the cannon but that's not so bad; the boat is my favorite part of the game now just for that little tidbit.

Also, mine carts. So much fun.

Oh and something I keep forgetting to talk about: The Silent Realm. It annoys me. It's kinda fun, but it's also incredibly annoying. These "Navigate the world and avoiding giant armored monsters that can kill you in one hit" quests that started with PH need to get the hell out of my Zelda games. Or at least confine them to only one segment per game. I dislike these kinds of quests. I've done two, and I'm hoping there's only one left. Otherwise I'll be a bit peeved. I mean from story perspective it seems like there can be only three, but Nintendo's always managed to pull twists on us so we'll never know. PLEASE ONLY BE THREE. ._.

Okay about to fight, dungeon #6 boss wish me luck , #6 isn't that bad at all its pretty easy, idk about the boss though, and awesome thing after saving one of those, Mole/dogs things he upgraded my mole mits to a better pair, now I can go under ground , SWEET!!!

Finally got through level 5! Yes! Now, heading to the next area, when I play again. Did some sidequests too, excited for more!

Recalibrate would indeed have been a more appropriate word. And no, I still don't see why it was needed at all as it means that over half the time you go to use an item you have to hold the remote flat and press Down. Gets annoying quick.

I wasn't really correcting you about the word "recalibrate;" the game has a separate procedure for recalibration that is different from recentering. I just don't know what it DOES, exactly.

33 hours to complete. Gonna try a completionist run soonish.

I'm currently in dungeon 4 with it's dungeon item. So yeah, in the matter of 2 (and 1/4) days I've feeling I might have dungeon 6 done (or at least near the end) tomorrow.
