And, I have no idea how to add my friends. My name is AgentLym1, in case anyone else wants to add me! Also, I just switched my Pokemon White Pal Pad over to my 3DS, so all my friends were erased, so I'm going to start adding friends again, starting with every B/W Friendcode I see here on Pure. I don't know why I didn't do that earlier.

1) Reshiram's part-fire-type removes it's Dragon strength against water
2) Kyorge's Drizzle weakens Reshiram's fire-type attacks, which is a severe disadvantage since Reshiram won't have any good STAB attacks. On addition, Kyorge's waterspout would have a power of 300, including STAB and Drizzle, which is bound to OHKO anything other than Water-Dragons like Palkia.
3) You never get a Kyorge that is at level 50 or lower w/o cheating, which means you may have also cheated in EVs in SP.attack and Speed.

Also, don't quote me on this, but I think there might be a "Level 50" setting in the battle settings for player-to-player battles. This might only apply to Pokemon lower than level 50, but I know there is a "Level 100" option that automatically levels Pokemon to level 100 for the match, applying EV, IV, and stat changes temporarily. The only reason I think Level 50 options won't be allowed for Pokemon over level 50 is that they may know moves that are learned post-level 50, which wouldn't be fair at all.

Actually, I do believe that Kyogre in Sapphire was catchable at level 45, and with an initial transfer to the 4th gen, and a second transfer to 5th, it's possible (though not too probable).

Yes, it is possible to catch a Level 45 Kyogre from Sapphire, the same goes for Groudon in Ruby.
As for the Level 50 and 100 options, that's how they worked in 4th gen. In 5th gen, there's only two kinds of rules, "Free" and "Flat" Rules. Under "Free" rules, the Pokemon are sent out as they are in your game. Under "Flat" Rules, no legendaries can be used, and all Pokemon are set to Level 50, though Pokemon lower than 50 are not.
I highly doubt that. Choice Scarf only boosts speed, and even if Kyogre was at full HP with Rain, Palkia is Water/Dragon, giving it a 4x resistance to water. Thus, I doubt a full-power Water Spout would OHKO him.

I figured that I'd quote myself because of Zem said that he used a Choice Scarf, because it's Choice Specs that raise SP.attack. Rember that he has a hacking program that can input 999 in each stat, and that it wasn't a flat 50s battle because Reshiram was shown at Lv 52 and Victini at Lv 55. I'm guessing that this is not a random battle and rather a friend battle, where there are no legality checkers. How could you OHKO a Palkia, even with a Critical hit, with a Waterspout coming from a Kyorge who has max EVs in SP.attack, an IV corresponding to 31 in SP.attack, holding a Choice Scarf, or even a Choice Specs?

Anyway, I might need to rebreed my Sneasel so I can get Ice Punch onto it since I can't put Stone Edge or Rock Slide onto it. Not that it matters much, I haven't bothered to train it since I need a Razor Claw to evolve it; which puts me in need to nab 96 BP so it can also have a high Critical-Hit ratio. Is there any wild Pokemon in Unova that may hold a Razor Claw or can anyone trade one to me?

I've 1-shot Palkia before with Water Spout. Granted, I only ever have Kyogre hold is Choice Scarf.

I do have the ability to hack all of my Pokemons stats to 999, but I do not. I want a challenge, not an unfair fight. Whether you believe this or not, I care not. These are the stats.
I did a test between Kyogre holding Choice Specs and these stats against a Palkia holding nothing, Kyogre brought the Palkia to half life. I'm man enough to admit when I'm wrong, however, when playing on Battle Revolution, Kyogre seems much stronger. Kyogre with very similar stats and the same item held will one-shot most Pokemon, including water and others that it isn't affective against.

Anyways, gave Alder another go today and beat him. It wasn't that hard, I just didn't realize that Accelgor is bug type until today, which made everything go so much more smoothly. The Hall of Fame had a real cool effect, I gotta say. And the credits music is still awesome.
Next up, the Game Freak boss, then completing the Unova Dex.
