I finally got my copy of Black yesterday! So far, it's awesome! I saw in the instructions that Dive could be used out of battle, meaning underwater areas, which I'm glad they brought back. Black reminds me a lot of Sapphire for some reason, I know it's a weird thing to say considering all Pokemon games are similar.

Marginal. I was disappointed what they did with Dive; was expecting it to be more in-depth (no pun intended) that what we were given, also I had to cheat to figure out the puzzles, which I hate doing.

You'll also be shocked to find out that Relicanth is NOWHERE NEAR the Dive area in this game. I won't say exactly where, though, in case you don't want to be spoil'd.

That's strange, and honestly, I don't consider something like that to be a major spoiler, so go ahead and say it if you want to.

So apparently a new Pokemon game is being announced in Japan on May 21st. Think it's gonna be Grey, or just another spin off?

Nah, too early for a 3rd Gen V game, it's probably just Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Now with 5th Gen Pokemon. And, I've heard that there might not be a 3rd gEn V game. When I told my brother that they were revealing a new Pokemon game, I mentioned the possibility of an early Gray reveal, to which he said "I've heard they won't be doing that. I can't remember if it's that it won't be called Gray or if they won't make a 3rd Gen V game but I think it was the second one." I've never heard anything about this though.

I actually think it will be a Ruby/Sapphire remake. It's definitely too early for Gray, but a 3rd Gen remake would make sense... to me, anyway. Though, now that you mention it, I haven't seen a Mystery Dungeon game in a while, so...

As long as it's not some dumb typing game, I'll be fine.

Yeah, it might be the Gen III remakes, cause there's no pattern on when they come out with the remakes in relation to the 3rd Current gen game. Emerald came out after FR/LG but Platinum was before HG/SS. But it does seem a bit early to be a fully-fledged Pokemon game, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon is probably the best bet.

Well, I SERIOUSLY doubt they're not going to make a Grey version. I mean (SPOILERS AHEAD) look at it. The third member of the main trio, Kyurem is grey. His name stems from a word meaning the absence of Yin and Yang, the things Reshiram and Zekrom represent. He's rumored to be the corpse of the dragon that Reshiram and Zekrom split from, yet he gets very little explanation in game (similar to how Rayquazza and Giratina didn't have much explanation in the first games of their generations). Kyurem also has two unlearnable moves attached to him in the game's data, who's names I forget but are something like Volt Freeze and Cold Flare, moves that symbolize his ice type mingled with fire and electricity, AKA Reshiram and Zekrom. Plus, who on earth would they pass up an oppurtunity to make a ton of money off very little work. Especially given how much polishing up B/W could use (Gym leader rematches, anyone?). So yeah, I'll be extremely surprised if it's not made.

As for being too early. B/W, the new generation games, came out less than a year after HG/SS. So it's by no means too early for a new main series game, especially given that the announcement of it will come nine months after the release of B/W in Japan.

As for Gen 3 remakes, I'd love to see those. BUT, they'd be hard pressed to try to squeeze all the changes Emerald made into each of the games, like how they incorporated Crystal's stuff into HG/SS, and frankly Ruby and Sapphire aren't near as good as Emerald. But I'd still enjoy an R/S remake, even without Emerald's new stuff.

A new Pokemon game being announced? Nice! I have four bets of what it would be:

1) Pokemon Grey.

2) Gen V Pokemon Mystery Dungeon.

3) Gen V Pokemon Stadium clone.

4) Gen III remakes (Mamga Ruby? Torrent Sapphire?)

Out of all of these, I probably would like the Gen V versions of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon to come first (the Victini sprites they use could be of use in Diamond Quest ), followed by the Gen V version of Pokemon Stadium, then Pokemon Grey and, finally, the Gen III remakes we have been waiting for so long.

Right now, I'm trying to breed to get a female Deino, so I can breed it with a male Gyarados who knows Dark Pulse from Gen IV (I'm glad that I saved my Dark Pulse TM in Heart Gold for this purpose). This is the only way I know how to get Dark Pulse onto a Hydregion. Also, I'm looking for someone to trade me a Tornadus from Black so I can get Landorus on the condition I trade it back after I am finished with it, or someone I can trade my Thundurus with so they could get Landorus on the condition they trade it back when they are finished with it.

Alright, leveled my team up to 60 and took down Cynthia. Wasn't too tough, just needed a bit of strategy. Next up, GameFreak guy whathisname, then the Elite Four and Alder. And I need to find that last dang sage.
