I'm having a hard time creating a party that I like. There are some pokemon that are kinda cool, but then I just find myself wishing I had a Gengar...

Edit: Now, I'm officaly close to totally replacing Simisear with Larvesta, who will evolve into a Volcarona. My Larvesta is at Level 40 and is almost ready to train on wild pokemon in the post-game areas. I'm glad to be able to fight Audinos and Emolgas; they give me lots of exp as well as EVs I need for Larvesta.

What's with the lousy job on Team Plasma? Why is the caterpie replacement I have completely slaughtering everything they have? WHAT'S WITH THE ABNORMAL AMOUNT OF PATRATS ASDF-
It's impressive that they finally made a plot-heavy Pokemon game, but the first gym was lame as hell (Seriously, why were they using normal types? There's a crapton of new pokemon and they couldn't pick a random grass/water/fire type to go with the main monkeys? And then the 2nd gym being normal type...total cop-out.)
The game is surprisingly challenging, but really only when I'm trying to grind, and it's becoming more or less tedious than enjoyable. I don't regret buying it, honestly, but I was expecting better than this. I'd gladly trade all the special effects and graphics for better exploration and bigger areas.

Anyways, two things. First, my entire time is finally level 50, so I can challenge you all to a wifi match now. Second, I've decided to take down Cynthia. She's 25 levels higher than me. Hard, yes. Impossible? Heck no. On my first run through, I took down her first two Pokemon, and now have strategies to dispatch them both rather quickly. Garchomp finished me, but I know how to take him down now (though I'll admit it's gonna take some luck). Yes, I am insane. But yes, this will prove once and for all that level does not matter when you have superior strategy.

Simisear is out of the party, Zekrom is next to go! Does anyone have a Razor Claw that I can use? If so, we can trade so I can save a whole lot of time of going through the Battle Subway to get one just so I can evolve my Adamant Sneasel when it comes. (I accidently used the one found in the wild on the Sneasel I caught).
Edit: Russ, your situation reminds me of when I first challenged the Elite Four in Diamond. Despite being underleveled, I managed to beat Cynthia with only two Max Revives and around 5 Hyper Potions. Honestly, I found her Garchomp the easiest to beat, once I figured out that it's Giga Impact just wasn't enough to OHKO my Level 47 Staraptor, which had Endeavor. I only had my Level 50 Dialga at the end of the battle and all of my items used up.

Consideraing on taking down the dev later today. I don't think that he should be too hard, since three of his pokemon are the evolved elemental monkeys.
How do you get to battle Bianca again? Serebii said that you can rechallenge her on Saturday nights in prof. Juniper's lab, but I went to there on Saturday night and Bianca wasn't there, only to find her at home, not saying anything about a battle.

The only ones left for that are the three not-yet released legendaries for it (Keldeo, Meleoetta, and Genesect), but I'll wait to get those legit. Until then, I've accomplished something I haven't been able to replicate since my old Blue version, so I'm happy. :3

I'm trying to complete it too, and really using the GTS. Currently seen 142, caught 102. However, I'm having trouble find a Ferroseed, the second stage of Litwick, the second stage of Klink, and a Zweilious. Anybody got one I could borrow (as in you trade to me and I send right back)?
Ferroseed can easily be seen in Chargestone Cave. The others you mentioned can only be gotten by evolving their previous forms. A Lucky Egg and some time will get you those easily.

Er, evolution of Ferroseed, I mean. Lucky Egg sounds neat, but won't attacking an EXP Share and sending whatever Pokemon out front first do the same thing? Plus, I'm too lazy to level grind MY OWN team, much less random Pokemon.
Well, that's pretty much all one can do. Stick an Exp. Share on the low-level, put a Lucky Egg on the one fighting, then grind. It's easier than you think, though, because low-level Poke's get more EXP from high-levels, so levelling them up for Pokedex completion is actually much easier than before.
For example, I once brought a low-level Rufflet to the area Kyurem is located and stuck an Exp. Share on him. About 15-20 minutes of battling random Poke's later, I had me a Bravairy.
