Just finished EV training my Charmander in Special Attack and Speed. Now to level him up like crazy. :3

I would... well, actually I did. Last night was the first time I've played the game in 2-3 days, and I walked south out of Blackthorn City, and my first battle was with Raikou. I've been trying to catch the little skamp forever now, using Dusk Balls, Fast Balls, Heavy Balls, Quick Balls, and a few Ultra Balls. Well, I read that Koh caught one with a Great Ball, so I tried it, and got him. About freaking time...

Then again, I caught Entei in my first Dusk Ball, and it didn't take that many Quick Balls to catch Latios, so...

I actually had been looking for this, since I remembered I had it, but couldn't find it. Then, when I wasn't even looking for it—I was looking for something else —there it was! I thought it was kinda cool... Ah hell, for the heck of it, SIDE-BY-SIDE COMPARISON!!

That's a nice comparison TS, but then again you didn't have the chance situation like I did back when it came out -- I accidentally got two Golds back in '00, and for almost ten years I thought the extra copy was returned. That is, until three months ago, when it decided to pop up again when we were moving things to storage... So yeah, I've got a near-mint, almost unwrapped(there's a tear/hole in the back of the wrapping) copy of Gold that I really need to sell/auction off for the original price or higher.

Or maybe trade for both copies, new, of HG/SS?... ( if either, $15 in cash must be included with whichever HG/SS you send me.)

Ok so Moltres is starting to become a PAIN to catch. 39 ultra balls and 20 Pokeballs and i still couldn't catch it. >_< I need to get used to it. I have a whole lot of legendaries to catch.Luckily i caught and encountered Latias unexpectedly and threw my masterball at it.

Also, i received the GB player item. It's awesome and brought back a lot of nostalgia ...but i have to say i prefer the remixed version over the 8-bit originals. Although i prefer Johto's dark cave's music in 8-bit xD

Why does everybody say this? Am I the only one that thinks the new soundtrack—some bad tracks, mostly enjoyable tracks, and only two tracks better than the original (Violet City and Viridian/Pewter/Saffron City)—pales in comparison to the 8-bit tracks?

Is it because I played and beat the originals when they first came out?

Well, I like a lot of the originals better. But to be honest, the remixes that appeared on the Sevii Islands in Fr/Lg are my personal favorites.

I randomly caught a Lonely Magikarp with maxed Attack IV's, bred a Jolly Trapinch with max HP and 30 Attack/Sp. Attack, and bred a Rash Infernape with 30 Attack and 29 Sp.Attack. Wasn't even trying for IV's, and these guys are awesome.

My Meganium is at Level 60 and has an Attack of 122 and a Special Attack of 110. Is that too weak?
