If you are aggressive in collecting relics you may be able to go from blue right up to gold. That's what I did.

Yep, definitely good luck. You're going to want the Level 3 Boomerang. It can stun the Red Bubbles that steal your sword until you touch a Blue Bubble. You can find the L3 Boomerang here:

(highlight: ) The bottom-most level of the Excavation in the Swamp. You'll only need two Relics to get it though, and that's seriously all you need, besides the ability to survive an entire room full of Super Darknuts. After the first guy you give the Relic to, go north, then in the room with the two torches in the middle of the room, walk through the west wall. Then defeat all the Super Darknuts to make a portal appear. Then defeat all the enemies and go west and give the guy a Relic and down the stairs, then go west three rooms. Walk through one of the blocks to get to the L3 Boomerang. That's it.

Also, the Blue Armor: It's actually in Pulcheria Village. You need the Hookshot from the Train Station in Crystalia. Hookshot the chimney of one of the buildings and go down the other chimney. Simple enough.

Yes. Three screens north, then walk through the wall to the west. The room where you have to walk through the wall will have a lot of pots in the corners, and two lamps in the middle of the room. Walk through the wall to the west. Then in that next room, the floor will look completely different, and be red and black or something. Weird statues in the room. Lots of Super Darknuts.

Kill them all.

Well, they're scattered in dungeons, is the best I can say. There's one on the first'ish floor of the sand dungeon. Gotta walk underneath those overhead platforms.

Good job getting that Crypt relic. Took me way too long to figure out you could pound those graves. I thought I had to fall on it from above or something. <.<

The Relic in the Train Station is behind a walk-through wall on the first floor I think. Maybe, maybe not. Can't remember.

Oh! You got the Lens of Truth? Very nice! Totally awesome. You could also buy it from a Patra Salesman in the Mirror Caves much later on, but it's 500 Rupees or so. It's free in the Excavation. Gotta drop down from F-1 from where you get the big wallet, ironically.

Yeah... The hammer helps. A lot. I never bother with bombs. They either work decently, or not at all, and I can't tell the difference unless one dies. Even the hookshot kind of helps, because you're invincible while the hook it out, and when it comes back to you it might stun something.

it was damn hard to get that chest but i figure it out

Yeah, it's really hard to drop in the right spot and not fall on down so that you can get the lens. To be honest, I'm still not sure exactly what I did. I just kept trying to fall in different spots and finally kind of lucked into it.
