Thanks Castchaos. Had just figured it out when I saw your message. Before I tackle the castle again what else should I be searching for? I have the medal of peace and medal of war(? - the red one). I have the large wallet but have not gotten the third mask yet (wizzrobe). Or should I go ahead and finish the castl then do more?

One point in this Quest discussion, you made metion that the blue amulet could only be bound by chance and one of your latest videos gave a clue. I noticed that in one of your videos of skull forest you did not have it, but another video (last thing to do in Chapel) you had it. I saw nothing in that video that showed where you could have possibly got it, except in the Skull Woods. Can you provide any more hints? I could be slashing for days and never find it....

spiff999:
I advise that beat the final level now, duplicate your save state when an NPC tells you, and after you get an ending, reload the duplicated save data and explore around to get a better ending. Priorities are the 8 subdungeons (to complete your Lightforce), and the two secret dungeons that alter the ending.

FredFlintstone:
When making those videos, I kept giving myself the items through cheats. I gave myself the L2 amulet just to show that it's in the game, not to tell that it's in Skull Woods. Because its in Hylia Waste. At the very south, under some slashable sand.

I am going back through my saved games, having some problems, at what point in the game was Hylia Waste available.

After you exited Mt.Dead End, you could go south across the main overworld and reach Hylia Waste. It turns into Misery Mire upon beating IW L2.

I got the lightforce in the sub dungeon in Icelogged Celler. This is the only one I have. Did I miss one? or is this the first one?

Crackers:
There's a Lightforce piece in each subdungeon and subdungeons are in dungeons, except when a dungeon isn't re-enterable, because then the subdungeon is close to where you exit the said dungeon. You always need to use the dungeon's item if you want to reach the subdungeon, except in the case of the piece that you just got. So, there's a Lightforce piece in Necrolodge, too. But you can get them in any order and can go back for the ones that you missed. At the place where you at, they are only for whistle warps.

Gekos:
Thank you! And congrats. I wish I had more time to make the sequel faster.

creatorofchaos:
There bottom floor has 3 routes for you, you surely missed one.
-southwest corner, kill digdogger or use boss key
-northwest corner, kill digdoggers (boss key makes it faster)
-northeast corner, go along and whistle near the skull statue, then kill digdoggers (boss key makes it faster)
All of these lead to one key, each.

Also people, look at the newest artworks.

Wow! I finally finished! I have the Gumdrop Certificate, the Mysterious Statuette, and the Moonpearl, and I finally got all five endings!
And it took me 63 deaths and 34 hours, 52 minutes, 41 seconds.

Now I can truly say...
CastChaos, you pwn all. icon_clap.gif icon_clap.gif icon_clap.gif icon_clap.gif icon_clap.gif

But one question...
Was Farore's Wind in this quest?

Congrats and thank you! I have great mood for making SB now.

As for Farore's Wind, aka Blank Medal... It's in the Secret ending. When you fall back to the entrance, go right and slash the grass. It's there only so that you can complete the subscreen. That's exactly why I put it to the very end. This way it can't really screw up continue points.

Need some help. I stopped playing this for a few days because of other commitments. Now that I've started it back up - I think my brain must have turned to mush.

I'm in the Garden Gallery. I have the bow and arrow and have 3 of the 4 keys that you get by warping to the platforms on the 2nd floor. The key I'm missing is the one on the SE platform.

I'm assuming that I get to that one from the window on the SW of the start. I;ve been thru that, killed all of the darknuts and proceeded till I was in a room with 2 warps on the left and right and a passage way going north and south. I'm blocked from going east, north or south because of a flower pot that I can't move.

If I go back to fl 1 and then go west to the crystals, shoot 1 with an arrow and take that warp, I get to the same room but now I'm on the south side with 2 flower pots blocking me.

What am I missing on getting the 4th key and/or how do I get past these flower pots/

Thanks

chip_on:
The key you miss: go east of the entrance, there's a bush painting with small shrubs before it and an arrow painting on the floor. Shoot the bush painting on the wall. This takes you to the Chaos corridor and eventually to your key.
The flower pot blockade works like this: you go through a terminal, end up on the left side of a flower pot room, step on the switch near you, this way the middle flower pots disappear. When both terminal is cleared, you can pass through these rooms.
One terminal is just west of the entrance. Shoot the eyes with arrow, near the white painting.
Another terminal is on F2, go directly east from F2 entrance and shoot the painting. icon_smile.gif

Okay, I'm tired of wondering around the Lost Woods. I've gotten to the point where Skull Kid says "Don't go East", and you go east to open the shortcut to the Kokiri Forest. Where do I go from there to reach Garden Gallery?
