right above rito village a rito wants a fish, get him one from the bottom right of hebra

Several points.

 

I'm still missing a fireproof lizard and presumably one full heart container and small quiver.
I can't find the kid in the woods.
I have no idea who the mansion's owner is or how and when they'll return.
I have spirit regeneration, the bow craftsman upgrades, the longshot, and the zora spear.

Several points.

Would you be able to further clarify which screen he appears in once he threatens to hide from you/runs west from the gravestone screen?
And I would presume you mean the normal entrance to the Dark Forest from the Lost Woods which does not require a cutting tool?

Running in circles in the overworld. Idk where to go first. The Gerudo Town entrance is blocked, I can't progress through the Zora Domain at all. I don't have enough lizard tail things for Eldin. I am completely lost.

I suggest either going to the Dark Woods, to the above and to the right of Castle Town, or Faron Jungle which is down

there are multiple ways to the dungeon, but one way to the dungeon is: from the first screen is UP, UP, UP, UP, UP, RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT, UP.

I'm completely lost in the petrified tree and don't know where to go. Have no more keys, too.

 

F5ing only gives me a blank white map, fyi

you can get to that white screen in the middle of the dungeon, during evening, from below.
