You mean after Level 8? There was a Gargoyle Statue in the Village of Outcasts, the door should be open now. You're very close to the ending, actually.

The master sword can be found on Journey's End, right above the entrance. You need a red bomb to get it.

The red tunic is found on the Ordeal of Courage. If you don't know what that is, try playing the ocarina while outside.

From the second locked door, it's two screens right and two screens down. I'm assuming you're stuck somewhere in between?

From the room with the locked door, go 1 screen right. The two screens below this contain switches that remove the blue blocks to the further right. After that, it should be fairly obvious.

 

Or perhaps you're stuck on a specific screen? If so, let me know on which one.

 

EDIT: If you're stuck on the screen with the locked door, 3 of the fireshooting statues can be pushed on the switches around.

Do NOT slash the pots! If you notice, the top-left one is making them asymmetrical. So, you know. Give it a push so it doesn't do that!

Not sure what I'm missing, but I have no idea what to do after level 1. I have the power bracelet, candle, bombs and the wallet, but I can't seem to push any rocks and the rocks I can push only lead to unneeded rupees or some pieces of heart.

1 screen up and 1 screen left from Link's house, there should be a bridge blocked by rocks. Pushing the lone rock will cause the others to disappear.

 

Or do you mean you're beyond that and you can't find level 2?

Go two screens to the right from there. Go through the door to the bottom WITHOUT going all the way to the previous room. There's a hidden passage between that space, to the left.

The rest should be obvious!
