This is a speed test taken at really late night, nothing else besides my PC was using the internet:

.. It reminds me of how my PC knows how terrible it is, with its 3.2 rating...

I guarantee you it is worse when the internet is being used by other things (Wii U, Mom's PC, Wii.. probably something else)

That's incredibly strange... we're like right next to each other and your internet speeds are way lower than mine. I don't really know why that happens, but that internet speed should be good enough. You're faster than over half the population of the UK

Depends on what he's doing while doing the test, or maybe you were doing something... Regardless, still better than 4G.
