Where is the Stalfos Dungeon?  I've found Death Mountain and the Graveyard Dungeon

Also, what is this second overworld you guys are posting about, and how do I reach it?

You enter the second overworld after completing Level 9/Death Mountain. You can't return to the original overworld though after that. So it'd be a good idea to have all 16 hearts and all the stuff from the dungeons and overworld before finishing it..

Stalfos Dungeon is in the second overworld as well.

Has anyone found the Boss Key in the Goriya Dungeon? If not, I think maybe there's some sort of bug there because there's one room that I can't reach from any side with walkthrough walls and not a single passageway that leads there. Even found a room off the map with Windrobes which apparently has no point other than having a whistle secret that leads you back to start..

I never found the boss key for the Goriya Dungeon. But, I stopped playing a couple of days ago. I found a room like the one you described with Windrobes. But , I thought it was on the map but it might not of been, it's probably the same one. It took me about 6 tries to defeat them and then when I did all I got was a few rupees and a free ride back to the start. :-/

Well, after awhile, I finally found it. I overlooked pushable blocks in the bottom right room I believe (or whatever room is to the right of that one room I couldn't enter for ages which is probably the same for you). You push them aside and walk through the left wall which eventually leads to a room with Armos towards the top leftish area of the map that has the Boss Key underneath.

Also reporting this as I assume the warp is meant to be on the side where the HC is. None of the blocks push in a way where I can get over. I can't even reach the staircase on the other side..

If anyone needs the solution to the Gibdo dungeon or a kinda messy map of the Underworld let me know.

I know I missed the magic key in the Graveyard Dungeon.  Damn thing was so complex, I had to draw a map to find my way through it! :tard:

Anyway, take a look at this:

As you can see, I've clearly missed two rooms in the northwest corner, the entire top row, and the room to the right of Gleeok.  Also note, I seem to have missed a heart container somewhere.  Can someone give me guidance on either or both of these????

For the Magic Key, you'll want the Northwest entrance. From inside go 3 rooms right, kill the keese and push a block to access a passageway. After emerging, bomb the north wall, kill the enemies there and push the block to get the key.

For the HC, which ones have you gotten?

There are 5:

1: Visible on the overworld needing the Ladder.

2: On an island near the beach requiring the Raft path near Death Mountain to actually reach it.

3: Near the pseudo maze where you get the White Sword. You need to play the Whistle at the end to get it.

4: A random burnable bush in the western woods

5: A bombable rock on Death Mountain that is relatively obvious that you need to bomb.

HylianGlaceon,

I have been wandering around Gibdo dungeon for hours without success.

Also, I've finished every room Underground but have not found the path to the bottom of the room you show...only in from the left side.

Thanks

There's an arrow room pointing to the right in a room that has the passageway there. You have to walkthrough the wall from the other side. Though due to the spawn, you can't actually get the HC. The Boss lock on the other side warps you to a different pointless room when you go through it.

For the Gibdo dungeon:

Hi Everyone!

I just got back (from Burning Man!) and am a little overwhelmed by the volume on this forum.  I'm thrilled that my quest has been so...  "popular".  I tried to warn people about the puzzle difficulty... a lot of those dungeon mazes are brutal.  The Gibdo Dungeon specifically is a bit of mind breaker, and Goriya Dungeon isn't much better.

The issue with getting stuck in the diamond of rocks is a definite bug, and I'll get on that in the morning and update.  Very sorry about that for anyone stuck because of it.  Setting up the second Overworld so that you continue near where you left off instead of at the beginning screen was a last minute addition, and I guess a bit fell through the cracks there.  I don't think any of the other things people have questioned as bugs actually are, like that heart container room or having to die at the beginning of the second Overworld.

It is VERY strange seeing people I've never met giving advice for something I made.  Looking at you, Artistic!  Certainly not a complaint though.  It's a bit thrilling to see someone point out that the red bushes are a directional hint, or spoiler blocking the crazy path through the Gibdo Dungeon needed to pass (Well done working it out!).  Since a lot of the questions got resolved by other posters, I'm not sure if anyone still has any other issues that require addressing.  I am home now though, and can do so if you repost the problem.

I posted that update concerning getting stuck inside the three-stair warp ring.  Durr.  Hopefully that'll get people who were stuck back in.  I'll try to directly message anyone I know was effected.

Odd question:  People seem to enjoy the first half a bit more than the second half, and a few people have nicely commented that it does indeed maintain a decent amount of LOZ feel.  That said, does anyone think I have what it takes to submit a quest for the 5th Quest contest?  Given the restrictions, it's inevitable that it'll turn out even more LOZ1 than this, with none of the "screw the players with difficulty" that's present in the second half.  They also call for new monsters, and I was wondering if anyone who's seen the ones I introduced in the second half has any comments about them.  I'd really appreciate the feedback on this.  Thanks!

Hello,

Personnally I would have both remarks and questions:

First the questions: I am in the second world, found a lot of thing (hearts, miror shield, gloden arrow, second book) but I really miss the last glove. Where could I find it? Although I am stuck in death mountain. Found 4 entrances, have the map of level 1-2, key of level 1 and miss key of level 2-3. I have been going everywhere but can't find that higher level key for example that would help me a lot.

For the remarks I like the new monsters but some of them seems to me a bit overwhelming. The blue knights that can only be touched in the back are really hard (they move quickly and often change direction). The blue mummy can be extremly annoying (regarding potions) as we often lack money and potions are extremly expensive. As the effect of the blue mummy seems unpredictable, nearly unavoidable and can last  very long, it can be a problem. The white rope is both very resillient and quick, but that's more or less ok.

Whitout any magic glass it is quite difficult to guess what we can do in the 2nd overworld, but I managed which show that is is still possible.

Overall a very interesting quest... just a bit frustrated by where I am as I still don't get how to go further.
