It is in a bombable cave in the dark world. One screen left of level 6 bomb up and on the left.
Do you have the eye?

The best sword is in the dungeon in the dark world located where Level 2 was in the light world.

Eppy, man, you're nuts. I mean I know you're nuts because you beat Ultimate Test, but wow. Getting that message is in my opinion the single hardest thing in this quest.

The eye - 1 screen right and 1 screen down from start in light world.

The teeth - I seem to remember running across him but have not been able to re-find him either. So I would love to know as well.

Moosh, I found a problem with the whistle, using it to travel around the world I ended up in the wall of level five and have to restart. If you need a pict I can post it.

I can confirm that this also happened to me last night.

Darn you dark world duck! I knew you'd be trouble the second I decided to include you! I think I have an idea what happened, but a picture couldn't hurt. Or since Eppy apparently caught it on the ONE STREAM I MISSED, I could just watch through those videos.
