You're banned for implying girls can't ban as well as men, thus being sexist. All I meant by "Ban like a man" was that you should ban like a man, as opposed to banning like a boy.

You're banned because it was an attempted framing. I always make sure to eat the whole waffle, and I never eat waffles while walking! The real perpetrator is still out there, possibly stealing more waffles.

You're banned because why would someone frame themselves? That doesn't make any sense. If someone were to frame themselves, it would basically be pointing out that they did it. If they didn't frame themselves, they'd probably have an easier time lying about not doing it.
