And sarcasm as well, I hope, NoeL?

(BTW, *nudge*nudge* Sig image over the 400x400 limits.)
We should really think about porting all this grudgery and JPG debatery fun into another forum, .. say, .. the developers exchange forum for sprites discussed, or better yet, the Quest Design Help forum where the minutia of showing off all these things goes on anyway.
It's just really not fair to everyone else to be all stuck on the type of file it is. You could be focusing on one particular aspect of a screenshot when you submit it, ... say, ... the tiles, ... but then someone comments on the design of the screenshot. Maybe you're okay with it, and maybe you're not. Then you submit a JPG'd screenshot hoping for some design tips, and people go and comment on how it's a JPG and
is theoretically blurred, despite a potentially negligible difference. (Not that I'm
asking you to present one, so don't go shoving some sort of personal ego booster into my face.) and you've got people taking your screenshot entirely the wrong way.
Yes, you're allowed to comment on it if the screenshot's provider allows you to comment,
(See Hero Link's rules thread pinned in this very forum for more details.) but at least respect the screenshot author's wishes and comment on the design if he/she requests it. If they don't request any particular field of critique, then it's pointless to not comment because it's a JPG. There's still
SOMETHING that you can comment on. Just because it's a little blurry to your eyes alone doesn't mean you can't still make out little glimpses of a well placed mountain or a strategically scattered tree set here or there.
Now I'm going to count to three. When the count is finished, ... I'm going to make some pancakes. Seeya's.
