Looks awesome man! Definitely MotM worthy! Got no complaints with this, definitely has the GB feel to it and I love it all. Awesome job.

Thanks for you compliment! The irony is I've decided (and already have) submitted this for the next MotM. ![]()

Note to self: don't bother competing in MOTM until next time; Demonlink already has it in the bagThanks for you compliment! The irony is I've decided (and already have) submitted this for the next MotM.

Knowing and appreciating your talents as well, I doubt my map has already won. ![]()

I don't usually say this but please make a quest out of this! It's too amazing to just be a map with no context. ![]()
BTW, I see half an Ember Tree missing.

This is what I have so far. I may condense some of these areas a bit. Since the swamp and ocean was more of a concept with wiggle room. But, I also might just span it over another 1-3 DMaps. Still haven't thrown all the leaves down in the forest area, or added secrets. And the hills are supposed to have a town on them.

DA MAP!A generic village surrounded by generic purple ocean water with generic green and pinkish trees; (cause nobody loves purple trees anymore).
You have to make a quest out of this. It's some of the best screens i ever seen.

As to both, I can promise you this map isn't a preview of a super secret project I'm working on. Wait, wat.

Not really liking the road, so that'll change. And this still doesn't have much for detail. But I've outlined all but two of the main areas. Moved the swamp down, cause I like the concept of having the snowy area on the side opposite the desert.

This is a very much in progress portion of the overworld for Ostium: The Corridors of the Triforce. That's the lost woods in the middle with the path to Death Mountain to the north.

Holy cow, that's beautiful! What amazes me is that you're using classic, but heck, that's pretty awesome! Keep up the excellent work mao! (BTW, you might want to fix your direct image link, I had to open it in another tab to actually see the image.

Damn, that is one awesome looking map (had to open it on another tab too, might want to fix that :V). Love what you got going on here, definitely some of the most unique stuff I've seen with classic.

The graphics give it a refreshing look! I love the shape of it too, much better than being a straight, boring line. Though I have to admit I'm not too big on dirt being used instead of sand, it strikes me as a little odd. Maybe make the orange gates gray/white too? Just thoughts that popped into my mind straight away I guess.
The palette choice gives it a secluded look, I like it.
