Just finished up the last of my lit homework for the year, reading Our Town. Wow, that is probably the most depressing play I've ever read. Honestly, I can't even describe it...

Have you read All My Sons? I read that the same year as Our Town, and it depressed me a heck of a lot more.

No, I haven't. I'll have to try it out. That's a bit hard to imagine though, because Out Town really got me depressed... especially Wilder's view of the afterlife.

Curious observation.

A friend of mine recently watched me play Wii Punchout! (started on the 2nd circut, got up to Macho Man), and commented that she didn't understand how I could enjoy it because it was so repetitive.

The next night she played the same song five times on Rock Band. Twice by herself.

This world. I do not understand it.

People are often off in their own little world. I know I sure am.

Oddly related: Boy, I sure do love Drewby3's avatar! Reminds me a little bit of my own, in a far off, distant way.

Heh, newbie mistake, I guess. Either that, or complete lack of creativity. Or both. Most likely both. icon_razz.gif
