Stuck on level 2 and feeling kinda stupid.

I have the wand and 2nd key, but cant seem to get the boss key. I'm assuming it is behind the closed stone door on the dark side (flanked by blue blocks) but I can't seem to get inside. Any help would be much appreciated, I've been running in circles for days.

Pete, if you'd be willing to make a video point towards the level 4 key that's on the balcony, I'd appreciate it.

I turned the power off, walked around to nearly every room I could get into, but I'm still lost. icon_sweat.gif

draimo,

Yes, that is the door that leads to the boss key. You need to go back and get those blue blocks down. After doing so, return to that screen and shoot an arrow at the black hole just to the right of the door. This will open that door.

I finally completed level 2 at last and fun exploring the overworld a little bit.

I found the triforce temples to be one of the best additions to the game good work plus I found the first and third one anyways, but I can't seem to find the second one. icon_question.gif

Plus I just level 3 excellent song choice and great designing. I got to the right side of the level and exited out of a door then I entered a cave on the top of mountain. Now when I enter there's a gap in between and i found no other to go any farther. These are just a couple minor questions. I probably should get the boomerang first by exploring the overworld more which I plan to do sometime.

Let me just say this game keeps getting better and better. icon_thumbsup.gif

Accr89: You definitely need the boomerang from Horgrus Summit to advance in Level 3.
The 2nd Triforce dungeon is somewhere in the middle of the Vasshinghon Lava Flows and if I remember correctly, you need the boomerang to access that Tri dng.

Air Luigi: North of that screen is an area with a card key. Get that card key to open that door.

draimo and Teilyr: I will make videos of your problems. Hopefully that will help.
edit - Blast! Youtube is dead at the moment. Oh well, gotta wait a while.

It goes slow for me, too. Sometimes it's 20 seconds to load the Fiery Armageddon screen or the ZC screen. It clogs sometimes during gameplay. But I'm not complaining, it's a beta. I'm running fullscreen, btw.

ok....I know this belongs in a program forum page, but since LI uses a proprietary design build of ZC...I figured that it might fit better here.

My problem is I turned on my computer today to play LI (beat Plague Fortress finally)...and loaded the program. The Armageddon page came up, the Zelda classic page....and the menu never came up and almost completely froze my computer (I think it forced some sort of memory lag). Can anyone help me fix this problem?? I've put many hours into beating this quest (completely enraptured with it) and would really like to finish it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
Thank you in advance!

Question for you: How long did you wait for the menu to come up? Sometimes this version of Zelda Classic will run very slow for me, and sometimes not quite as slow. If you waited more than 30 seconds, you might be experiencing a problem that I never encountered, unless you have a slower machine.

longer than 30 seconds by far

I haven't had problems with it running in the past. I don't have any other applications I run that take up much memory or anything. My computer is very outdated (Nvida Nforce2 chip base, 1.14Ghz, 512 DDR, Geforce2 MX400 VGA)

Seems more than powerful enough to me. I am not sure what to tell you then. It might require the knowledge of a ZC Developer. Either that or you can continue to try again if you haven't already done so. If you continue to get the same problem, you can try to reinstall that same build of zelda classic. Hopefully a file didn't get corrupted somewhere.

Unfortunately I am totally clueless when it comes to technical issues with ZC. icon_unsettled.gif
The Lost Isle Build and other newer ZC betas take very long for me to load, but I don't experience any difficulties during gameplay. Ducktoe, are you saying that your LI Build freezes after the intro and you can never get to the game file selection screen? have you tried many times? Maybe reinstalling ZC could solve something? Sigh, I dunno, ZC works in musterious ways sometimes.

OH ILL FATE......WHY DO YOU MOCK ME.....
not to fond of that fate character....he's a *****.

Pete....exactly, it never reaches the selection screen. Tried probably 10 times and reinstalled LI ZC beta a few times. I tried installing the program in another folder to try and run it...but it still did the same thing, so I know it's now the .sav file (thank lord almighty). I can run beta 193, the 184 player, and 2.10 with no problems. Are their any other files that I need to reinstall other than the LI player that might interfere with the player's stability?

When it stalls before the menu, I either have to force restart on my comp, or Alt+Tab and wait...when it finally came to, it automatically Re-logged me into WinXP. Beats the hell outta me.
