Played a friend's copy, and I flipped out when I realized you could ACTUALLY CHANGE YOUR VIEW. I saw that in the trailer but I thought that was just a cutscene thing.

Way cool, I might actually have to get a copy.
You can change it? I thought it just changed itself in certain areas o.o

Hmm... I had said a while ago that I wasn't going to be getting either of these. I was rather unimpressed with Diamond and Pearl (HG/SS were completely badass though), and the seeming lack of much attempt to freshen up the formula has my hopes for the series dwindling a bit. but I've been in the mood to play Pokémon again lately. And I'll hopefully be getting a 3DS in late April, so this might go well with it, assuming the 3DS is backward compatible with DS games.

No, winning the game, is completing the dex', becoming the champ, finishing all the musicals, maxing out your online records, and having a Lv. 100 of every Pokemon icon_deformed.gif!

I got all 8 badges. Now I'm training all of my Pokemon to Level 55 to clean sweep the Elite Four and N.

My Party:

Samurott (Lv. 46)
Balanced in ATK and Special ATK. He has Megahorn and Revenge as well as Surf, but I need the TM for Ice Beam.
Krookodile (Lv. 45)
He's my ATK Powerhouse.
Eelektross (Lv. 45)
Balanced in ATK and Special ATK. I need the TM for Flamethrower.
Reuniclus (Lv. 45)
My Special ATK Powerhouse. She's also a tank. She has A LOT of HP.
Fraxure (Lv. 45)
Another ATK Powerhouse. I can't wait for him to evolve to Haxorus, especially with Dragon Dance.
Rufflet (Lv. 44)
He's in training to Level 54 so it could evolve to Braviary. He gets KO'ed too much in training.

Just started today, only went through the first two battles and the Pokedex cutscene.

Trainer: FLYX.

Pokemon:

Oshawhott: LV.6.

I never found anything truly special about it so far, but I better play further on to really judge it.

Beat the third gym. I am unimpressed. The design was boring, and the leader went down without a fight. I do like the way the story's going though. I hope they don't end up ruining it later on.

I decided to head over to White Forest from Nimbasa City...and hello wake-up call to the face!

Good lord, the Trainers on Route 15 have level 60+ Pokemon, and in comparison to my team that just broke Level 50, that's a difficulty spike worth noting! o_O

Lol, that seems to happen a lot in this game. One second you're 1 to 5 levels over your opposing Trainer's Pokemon, and the next, you have some mega grinding to do. Not necessarily a bad thing; Prevent people form becoming TOO pwnsome without effort.

I'm assuming the Unova Region is the largest out of all the regions in the Pokemon world.

I like the Victory Road in BW. For once, it didn't require an HM slave. (Unless if you want to unlock the shortcuts.)

I know right!? The Routes are no longer just "hallways" but actually LARGE open areas full of detail and vividness!
