Ahh, I did even more! I started my subscreen, and found out how to fix a heart problem with Big Hearts! Told Cukeman, and now everything's more advanced! Awesomeness!!!!

I can't even say how much progress was made today...
A nice script put in, sound effects ripped in, new player tiles, finished my minitemple, and named my DMaps. Ripped in music as well. I love today!

Today, I found some heart pieces in Lost Isle, and I finally started working on the boss battle of my Space Adventure puzzle quest. You can expect the release coming soon!

Whoa, um, BigJoe, that's actually big enough that it caused a horizontal scroll bar on my end. icon_odd.gif If you could keep images that are on the large side (over 800x800) in URL tags instead of image tags, I'd really appreciate that. Thanks! :>

They're actually really nice, aside. Kinda reminds me of some cross between a more colorful (and better looking icon_razz.gif) Super Mario World and Yoshi's Island.

Well, after the flop release of my game... I've been trying to balance it out better. so far I think its going better...Maybe I don't know I'm about to scrap the whole game, I'm starting to lose motivation for continuing working on it.

If you scrap your entire project, you will regret it. Don't give up, just keep working at it. Remember that you can't get everything perfect on your first try!

I just imported the crab, walking drone, and wizzrobe-drone-thing enemy from the Lost Isle tileset into my own. I've had ideas for new enemies for a while, but no graphics that would really work for them. And because I suck at pixel art, and no one can honestly say the LI graphics are bad (the sprites are downright awesome), I figured I'd just rip them. It shouldn't have been as big a pain as it was to do, seeing as LI has the Pure palette structure for the most part, but you don't realize how much of a pain in the neck it is to work with those enemy tiles until you've had to recolor them all to make them work.

Very nice subscreen, Shane! I like that Rolling has it's own button. The hint feature seems like it could be nice, assuming it's completely optional.

Also, 100 posts!

Well, I fixed some things with my EZGBZ 2.5 tileset today.

I did some 2.5 item testing and found that the level 1 hookshot is too long. Hopefully the devs see my post in the RC3 thread so that they can fix it for future versions of 2.5.

Farore's Wind is cool! I hadn't ever used it before today. I had no idea it did that!

Anyway, hopefully I fixed all the bugs with the tileset. I have a thread open in the Developers Exchange for further bugs to be posted (as well as the current beta version).

Thanks! I heard rolling was somewhat buggy. icon_frown.gif The hint feature is planned to be completely optional; it won't pop out automatically on you telling what to do. You got to press R for hints and tips if you're stuck.

Well I finished my Secret project! Now all I have to do now is play test and then release it to the adoring public icon_smile.gif

And then have to public be disappointed for me making it >_< and then I should feel bad for making it icon_frown.gif (J/k)
