Ok, most of them are the uncrossable platforms (that should be crossed with the ladder), I'll upload pictures later.

As you can see, you can cross with the ladder here, just a minor issue, but I thought on pointing it out.


I got stuck here, had to f6 to get out (or you can use the flute)


Now, if you enter this stairs...

To get into the cave you need to go around yellow screens


So you enter through the wall here


Here you can move this block with the silver glove, but it doesn't budge, I tried killing everything there too just in case, I think this cave leads to a piece of heart (and to a silver rupee), so it is important to get it fixed.

Some screens up... should I be able to walk here?

Two things here... if you walk from the left of the screen where the entrance to the volcano is you can get here whitout killing it's boss, and if you go south of THIS screen... things get weird... >.>


These stairs seem to be... broken, if you try to take them to return to the previous room then you go to a yellow screen and depending where you go there you can warp to other screens... but you will be stuck in the walls if you do (well some times)

Is this door (the right one) supposed to lead somewhere? It can only be opened with the whistle/flute


And here... I could not take the medallion, because the bush became an opened chest after I slash it

I have never been able to find the Red Candle or to access the lower sections of F-2 of the excavation.
Any thoughts?

The red lantern is in a room on B-2 of the Excavation. First go to the upper nw room on F-1 and take the stairs down. Then go south 2 or 3 rooms and push a floor block that will reveal more floor stairs. Go down them. Then go up a couple of rooms and push another floor block that will expose a warp, use it. Fight your way to the far east, then go north. On the way north you will find a warp hidden under a jug. Note that if you go past this room north then back west you will come to a room with an unsolvable floor puzzle and have to retreat back to find the warp. You will have to make more than one trip with relic stones. And there are other pitfalls to lead you astray.

What items do I need to complete the sewers?

Also, how do I get the lens? I fall down before I can grab it. I don't know how to fall and land on that platform without falling down to B-2 into the room with the wizzrobes.

Finally, a hint to beat the Blester boss? Jeebus I can't win without either (1) falling, or (2) dying. That thing sucks.

You need the wand and book to finish sewers.
After using hammer, you need to fall off upper right side of platform to land on lower platform to get the lens.

You can also burn the floor of the Blester Boss stage to make it less likely to slip. Super Bombs will help a ton.

Thanks, figured out the lens. It was touchy. I didn't know super bombs would hurt that boss. Between that, a full potion and burning the floor I should be able to take him out.

Very addictive game. Thanks again for all your work polishing it up and squishing bugs.

Edit: Beat the boss. The floor trick helped a lot. Still have no idea why super bombs were suggested. Couldn't see that they did a thing.

Sorry for the double post, but was I supposed to have keys in my inventory when entering Predator? I seem to be short at least one. I got one from a room somewhere in the west (I think on the body floor) and used it, but, I can't find any others. I have been going in circles in Predator for an hour now and I'm frustrated. I have been in every room both with my sword equipped and jinxed, but I can't find a way to progress without opening a locked door in the northern part of the body floor. It's an upside-down T-shaped room with a red moldorm, a red bubble, and a locked door on the north wall. Help! And thanks in advance.

Oh. I'm going to take a look right now.

Normal Keys in Predator: (In no particular order of acquisition)

• Lower-left most screen of the Predator body. Kill the enemies for the key. Need the hookshot or the ladder to get it.
• The upper right of the Predator Body. It's in the chest.
• The upper right of the Predator Body. The screen directly underneath the above key. Kill all the enemies. NOTE: In versions prior to this one, you had to dive for it in a very specific location just above the lower right platform. The place you had to dive for it was also a dive warp. I'm not quite sure how they would interact, but just in case they gave you problems, I made the key an Enemies->Item in the lower right corner of that screen instead, if you haven't gotten this one yet.
• The lower right of the Predator Body - One screen to the west of the very corner. Simply kill all the like-likes. No ladder necessary.

I'm going to go bug-hunting, (Haven't in a while. ) and then I'll release the updated version right here in a bit. Keep checking. :0


EDIT: Quest, Bug-fix.

Marathon's ladderwork should now work, hopefully. I'm sure there are other areas of the game that need to have their ladder switch toggled. It's not even based on the combo type anymore; it's a toggle based on like, four possible scenarios. x X. Very complicated.

The Twilight Pedestal thing with the two medallions is pretty darn complicated. It still eludes me for now. At least the bypass is there though.

Thanks! I never thought I'd make it this far and I'm still only like 1/2 way (if that)! I would have given up a long time ago had I not looked up where to get the L3 sword. It makes things tolerable.

Yep. So does the mirror shield and the blue (Even Red!) ring, if you know where to get them. The Fire boomerang is a godsend as well, being on the bottom floor of the Excavation. Oh good lord I've never been down there except in my dreams. D:

I'm sporting blue and I'm up to 13 hearts. I still have the magic (L2) shield. My bomb capacity is off the charts (36 I think). I've been down to B-2 of the excavation but haven't found the fire boomer yet. I should go look again.

Yep. Pretty crazy place. Thinking of making an annotated map of all of the floors. Just looking around the maps I can't seem to find a way down easily.

Predator is down. The main key I missed was the one in the room with the Like Likes. I should have known that was a significant room. I had tried to kill them a couple times, kept triggering the floor deal, moved on, and forgotten all about it. I hate when I do things like that.
