Short video showing off the paraglider. I can't remember if something like this was shown off during the E3 stream, but color me amazed at the possibilities.

I almost wonder if 'calamity Ganon' explains how Ganon went from an intelligent foe to a raging beast, like he had a calamity or something which caused him to lose his mind. Eh, just rambling, I know.

I always thought of Ganondorf as an okay guy, but he got possessed by the demon known as "ganon". I know it's not official, but I like to think of it that way.
What was Ganondorf like as a kid anyway? It must have been hard being the only male in a female only society.

Spoiled, no doubt.

So basically the same thing that happens to the main bad guy in Atelier Iris 3.

So I've basically thought this was the case already, as do many others, but here's a neat album that adds some major fuel to the fire that the plateau is the original location of Castle Town, as well as making a similar case near the end for Twilight Princess's Sacred Grove as well:
Also there's this unrelated picture about the Master Sword's pedestal, which may be a stretch but it's still neat:

This game looks like it's going to have A LOT of attention to detail, and that's a nice thing, I like more worlds to try and be consistence.
Overall, I still feel this game is going to be amazing.

GameXplain posted a two-hour analysis based on all footage of the game shown up until and throughout E3. It's a doozy. A huge doozy. But so, so interesting and well-done. Of course, there's plenty of speculation involved, but most of it very thought-out and tested. There's also tons of things they pointed out I missed, and other things they researched that pointed out some tidbits we wouldn't otherwise have noticed. Heck, there was some footage I missed entirely somehow, but I'm sure I'm in a minority there; it involves a horseback battle against a Guardian. If you have two hours to spare and want to check it out, or even break it up into chunks for viewing across a period of time, and are like me highly anticipating this game, it's very much worth a look.

2 hour video?
I'm glad youtube allows people to view their videos in x2 speed. Videos like this would literally be unwatchable otherwise.

So there's this article. Potential release date maybe? March 4th, the same release date as Twilight Princess HD. I'm noticing trivial connections between Twilight Princess and Breath of the Wild ever since the reveal of this game. I doubt the Amiibos will be out sooner than the game itself, right? Unless they're connected with TPHD and want us to have the time to tackle TPHD again before actually releasing BotW. But that'd be somewhat evil. ![]()
Also could this be the potential NX release date if so too?

I'd rather wait another month than suffer through any "march forth" puns/slogans/ad campaigns.

I hope it's March 4th and not a month later because gimme game.
Anyway here's this thing:
The tl;dr version: Despite the rust, the Master Sword appears to still be in its "powered-up state" with its wings spread and gem alight. This could possibly indicate that it isn't suffering the same sort of Sageless fate it had in Wind Waker and still carries the blessing of Hylia. However... the bright light seen at Hyrule Castle could very well be Zelda acting as a seal on Ganon once more... but this is beginning to taint her very presence, leading to the eroded state of the Master Sword, causing it to corrupt from within.
It's a very interesting hypothesis. I could see it working out that way. Of course, there's easily many other reasons it could be in that state, but we won't know until the game comes out.
