I'll do a tradeback for the Zekrom. As I honestly don't really intend to ever use one, I just want to get this thing done so I can hopefully get more shinies via breeding when I go crazy Eevee hatching.

 

If you're able to do it now, I'm ready. I'll send a Mew over for you to keep too, so make sure you have a junk pokemon ready.

Unfortunately I lack a competitive team whatsoever, so I won't really be able to help with that. I'm kinda more into competitive breeding I suppose you could call it and collecting shinies than battling.

 

Anyhow, thanks a ton for the pokedex help! Enjoy the Mew as well!

No problem.  I lost a match today in rated doubles because someone used a Prankster Assist Liepard with a Dark Void Smeargle.  His team was set up so he could always get a Dark Void off with Assist, and his partner was a Conkeldurr with Focus Punch, so the Liepard wouldn't use it when you use Assist.  I was so unprepared for this matchup that I was completely walled.  It wouldn't have been so bad if I had a Ghost type in my party at the time, but Jesus, that was really onix-pected...

Just got a shiny Meowth in a wonder trade... I didn't even realize it was shiny until I checked the GTS and saw that the ones on it were much whiter than mine. I sent it into battle by Couriway Town and I learned the truth.

We bought another 3DS to take advantage of a promo that let us get a copy of X or Y for free ... and then realized the offer wasn't limited to newly purchased 3DS systems. So, we ended up getting both X and Y for free. It feels a little wrong, like we scammed Nintendo somehow.

 

Anyway, we're still playing Black/White and probably won't get to these for awhile.

You're right, of course. It just seems odd that I can use things I've had sitting around the house for months to get a free game. Pretty sure that's not how it's supposed to work. But I'm sure they've done the math and the amount they're getting out of it outweighs things like this.

I'm assuming they want more people to use Club Nintendo for whatever reason. A free game isn't a bad way to do it. I already registered everything on Club Nintendo ages ago so I won't be getting anything, but not really something I needed anyway. Plus, I've had a ton of issues with Club Nintendo where I'm considering to stop even using it.

 

On another note, I got a pokemon with Destiny Knot attached to it via Wonder Trade. After thinking about it, I decided to find the person whom I assumed it belonged to and traded it back. The person seemed happy to get it back at least. I confirmed it was the person after the trade as the name and ID numbers matched of the pokemon that had the item.

 

So yeah, pay attention to where you have your Destiny Knot at, it would really suck to lose that item if you IV Breed and WT it away.

So apologies for double posting, but I'm considering doing a bit of a Wonder Trade giveaway.

 

I cloned a Shiny Voltorb a ton of times in Emerald and went through the hassle of getting them to Y. If there's enough interest, I can start wonder trading them away at a certain time if anyone would like to try for one. Considering the odds aren't very likely, I'll also be willing to trade a MYSTRY Mew if you're able to get a Shiny Voltorb via Wonder Trade from me. One of the original ideas of this was to trade the Mews, but they can't go through Wonder Trade sadly.

 

For the record, there's 80 Voltorbs ready in my Y at the moment. The Voltorb unfortunately is Lax natured and doesn't have good IVs, but it still looks neat in Blue.

I'd say it's a good trade.  Shiny Lugia can't have Multiscale, iirc, but I could be wrong, and that's the Lugia worth using, imo.

With the giveaway, not really sure which day at the moment. I'm considering perhaps Tuesday or Wednesday at 10PM US Central time. Another option would be like Friday or Saturday, but not too sure yet. 

 

I may do another giveaway after the Voltorb one if there's enough interest too. I only have a few shinies in Emerald to clone unfortunately, but maybe some legendaries like Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Mewtwo, etc. would do some time instead as well.

 

(Now if only I had a Jirachi or Deoxys in Emerald *sigh*)

 

EDIT: Busy tonight and possibly tomorrow. Aiming for Friday instead.

So a little late, but here we go, starting the Wondertrading of Shiny Voltorbs in a few minutes. If anyone here happens to actually get one, let me know.

 

My name in XY will be under Hygens. I kinda doubt anyone else will be trading off Shiny Voltorbs anyway, so it should be obvious if you happen to get one.
