It's too bad you haven't played Tales of Symphonia on GameCube because the final boss in the Bonus Dungeon is gonna blow your mind.

I might be able to see that boss in Tales of Symphonia, I'm going on a hunt right now. for all the Tales Of series.

Tales of Symphonia is one I'm looking for right now. Just have to find a good place that I can buy it from.

~Bump~

After trying and multiples fails, I'm taken a break from "ToV" I've tried taking on the bonus dungeon and to no avail I can not beat Alexei in that bonus dungeon he won't stop doing his Mystic Arte on me which kill's my whole party. <_<
I'm having to take a break and think up a way to beat him quickly before he gets a chance to do a Mystic Arte on me.

But for the time being, I'm working on Star ocean 4. GAWD! This is quite insane on the universe difficultly >_< (I've played through it plenty of times but never on the universe mode) Boy oh boy this is fun...

Take the Duke route then. Alexei is possibly the most annoying boss in Vesperia. His Mystic Arte is WAY overpowered. At least for Duke, you have a little bit of HP remaining.

@Dawnlight:
You can take a different route? how? I didn't notice any other portal's that would take me to anywhere else.

Managed to beat Metroid II, nearly managing to net a 0-death run (the Mother Metroid managed to kill me on the first attempt at about the halfway mark, beat her on the second attempt with ~250/599 Energy and ~100/220 Missiles remaining). On par with GB games of the time. The Mother Metroid and the Metroid Larve in the part leading up to her were the only parts of the game that provided an actual challenge. The Gamma Metroids comming in the part before the Metroid Larve were just tough and I was pretty much required to use Screw Attack to defeat them (my tactic was to float around in a space jump while it chases me, shielding me from their contact damage, and then firing missiles at it while it stopped to fire fireballs at me).
Started to get back into OoT and got the Silver Gloves from Young Link's section of the Spirit Temple. The Iron Knuckle there was definately quite the challenge to fight, despite it only managing to hit me once. I needed to weave in and out of its attacks while I waited for an opening at which to attack through (when it slams its axe straight down to the floor).

I'm starting to like story in Devil Survivor 2 more than the original Devil Survivor. I'm about 60% of the way into the game. Definitely on my Top 10 JRPGs of this generation list.

And I'm saying goodbye to the Call of Duty franchise. It's been fun, but using the same exact engine, milking your entire franchise and refusing to put dedicated servers on the console versions for the last 4 years is unacceptable. So I'm trading you in for something even more precious coming in two weeks: Persona 4 Arena!

And if you can tell by looking at my sig, I'm planning to get a PSVITA soon for Persona 4 Golden and other VITA titles. I was originally going to get a used PSP, but decided to bump up to a VITA. I could use some recommendations for what to get on PSN especailly when I missed out on what the PSP offered. You know that I love JRPGs so if there are good ones on PSP, please let me know.

There's the Disgaea series. icon_deformed.gif (The first two are on the PSP and the third on the Vita, all with a lot more content than the original games.)

I cleared Under the Knife 2 last night. Wow that final boss kicked me around for a bit. >_> Overall, once I got the hang of the DS controls, the game wasn't too hard. There were some really problematic operations, but as a whole it wasn't too bad. Makes me sad that I'm basically done with Trauma Center for the time being. I really liked those games. (I guess I could try to do the X levels, but I'm not sure I'm quite ready for that yet.)

Unsure of what I want to play next. I'll probably end up continuing with Front Mission of Order of Ecclesia. Not sure yet though.

Well SpacemanDan, I couldn't recommend the Devil Survivor series any more. Made from the same people who made Trauma Center. Fantastic series. Seeing you like Disgaea, you'll feel right at home with Devil Survivor. Even if you don't have a 3DS, if you can find the original Devil Survivor and Devil Survivor 2, I say both of them are masterpieces.

While that may be true, the original one is the best one <3

Edit: Nevermind, the remake of the original one that is on PSP should be more <3 thanks to a new mode.

Tomorrow I'll be continuing The legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Last Time I played was back in spring. and pretty much I quit at the Fire temple...

You know looking at my Walk-though I own, I'm quite scared of the Water Temple icon_frown.gif
(I don't why But I'm really afraid of that dungeon with all of it water raising/lowering puzzles)

Well for Disgaea 3, I held off on the PS3 version because I know I would want that game to be portable and the Vita version has extra features.

In terms of story, I agree. (Though 4 for me is in a close second) But for the gameplay, I felt it only got better with each game. (Some alterations I weren't terribly fond of in the later games, but I pretty much didn't notice them after awhile) I dunno, to each their own I say. icon_smile.gif

I've been meaning to look in the Devil Survivor series. I'll definitely look into it. Thanks! icon_biggrin.gif

Also, good call Dawnlight. It comes with not only all the DLC from the PS3 version, but brand new content as well.
