You don't have to hit play
Anyway, I played the game again at GameX. I'm liking the sword-controls less and less each time I play it, but I do think that's because I'm not used to it yet. You can't simply use your wrist to flick the mote, you have to actually bring your arm back to whatever position, depending on how you wanna strike, and then slash the sword in the direction you want it to go. It's not bad, it's just very odd at first after having played Twilight Princess on the Wii. I'm sure I'll get used to it though, and I'm also sure that when I do, it'll work really nicely!
Which is precisely what Nintendo was trying to get away from- honestly I hated the Wii TP's "swordplay" because it felt more annoying rather than innovative.
