That's a p. cool pic of Cecil? Did you draw/pixelart it yourself?

I did, but it's no where near that small lol. I just scaled it to fit the avatar limits, and because of that, the transparent BG kind of meshed with the lines a bit. So when I set the new transparent color for the smaller size, it looked like he was glowing (and still does). Shrugged it off, lol.
