Anyways, to help you with the 2nd key:
1 - Enter Level 2
2 - Go south a screen
3 - Shoot the flashing bush thingy with Wand magic and go up the stairs and head East a screen
4 - Slash the pots away and head 2 screens to North
5 - Shoot the flashing bush and then go down the stairs and head East a screen
6 - Jump to the Dark Side!

7 - When on Dark Side, go East a screen
8 - With perfect timing, go over the spikes and walk 3 screens to South
9 - You see a mirror puzzle. Solve it with a perfectly timed Magic blast from your Wand and go South a screen
10 - Go West a screen and you finally come to the 2nd key screen! I will let you solve this one by yourself, good luck!

Okay, I've got the blue mail, but now I'm stuck in Level 3. I got the compass, but can't find the map. I've seen a button in the basement area, but can't get to it. I've also found the "Edgar 4" puzzle, but I don't have any keys to use on the key block.

I also think there's a glitch in this area with the music. All I hear are drums, and when I leave the place, the other midi's play the drum tracks

The map is on the 2nd floor.
The 2nd key of Lv3 you're looking for is on the eastern part of Floor 1. From the first door that was locked you have to head south and blow open a cracked wall. Follow the route and you should eventually find the key.

That sound bug sounds weird. O_o

Hello everyone! This is my first ever post on the Pure ZC forums, as I am....yes....a n00b.

DFW & Peteo: WOW! What a phenomenal quest!

This is the first ZC game I've played, and I afraid I started with the very best! I am an old school gamer and a Zelda fanatic. I found this quest from some friends at work, and now we're all tackling it together. It's giving me flashbacks of when we used to look forward to going to school, not for school, but so that we could learn what discoveries our friends had made playing Zelda to give us hints. (You know you did it too!)

Anyways, I wanted to post two things to you for my very first.

1) You guys should be very proud of this gem! I wish I could hire you both to develop games for me, because this thing just rocks!

2) I was hoping to avoid this, but just so the other thread readers have something to gain: I'm stuck in level three. I'm sure I missed something simple, but running around in circles has got me seeing double in here. I've just opened the Royal Melody doors and killed the black dragon for the heart piece/got the key from the other door. (I also found your 'unbelievably well hidden key') I have one key right now and can find no door to use it on. I was hoping it would be for the Step Ladder... Got any tips?

Anyways, I wonder where you could be stuck... Have you been to the 4th floor yet? The 7th locked door is on the southern part of Floor 3. The next locked thing aftre that is the big chest on Floor 4 that has the Ladder in it.

No I haven't been there, other than those dual staircases that have blocks keeping me from entering F4.

The screen I'm stuck on is directly below the center 'down arrow' if you're looking at the map. I'm probably not supposed to be there...

I'm not quite sure what screen you are referring to, DiLemma. But... have you been on the southern part of Floor 3 yet? There is a locked door to the west. One screen north of that is an open door that takes you to one of the keys of the level. But back to that locked door, go thru it and solve the timed button minigame, then go west one screen, then to south to go arounf the long room and then just head north.

Nope haven't been there yet. I can't find my way over to the south of F3. Any tip on how to get over there?

Oh I finally figured it out! I thought those block 'bridge block things' could only be pushed in one direction. (Feeling stupid now) I think I'm good for now!

Yeah, the key to get over the gaps in the floor at the main hall of F3 is to cleverly take advantage of those "glass/ice blocks".
