I agree. It is rather dumb not letting those who've already played the original just skip to master quest. But then again as this is a classic with great replay value, it can't be THAT bad...

I just thought I'd say I had a dream about OoT 3D. In my dream, there was a whole new set of side missions Shiek gave you, that would give you special items and stuff when you beat a certain number of them. Now I want something like that in the actual game.
A few days ago I had a dream that I was Young Link, running through a sewer like TP's except you had to do something for the Deku Princess, like a race. Then here was this boss at the end.
And like 2 days ago, I had a dream that I was Young Link again, and I was on this porch creeping through it like in RE. Then, Link's hand fell off, and it came back on, except the shield was floating in front of him and the front of his hand was gone.
Later in the same dream (After a non-relevant part) I was Adult Link, and had just came out of Kokiri forest and went into the Lost Woods.
I think i'm obsessed....

Another trailer, and still nothing new shown. To be honest, I keep clinging to this bit of hope that they'll get around to announcing something new they're adding. But I keep getting disappointed. Come on Nintendo, please give me some reason to get the game. Something new. Anything. Before somebody says something, the new hint system and boss rematches don't count.
Don't worry, I aint saying anything offensive.
Well, if you are not going to buy it, then why keep posting post with the same basic message over and over?
It doesn't really prove anything. It's just getting in the way of the post that have actual information. Not just some guy bashing the game over and over.
And I am just saying this, it's most likely going to be a graphically improved version with barely any new content. But I'll still buy it because looking at the maps from the game I played over and over when I was a kid only with beautiful, (better then the Wii) graphics that actually look like what they are supposed to look like instead of a bunch of blocks and polygons put on top of each other, will give it a whole different feel to it.
Anyway, the trailer really shows off the graphics. They are so beautiful! It's like I'm having an eyegasm!..
But I did notice that NPC's models don't really look to much changed. Not really at all. Just with better quality.
They still look blocky as ever. I hope that's just what it looks like from the video and not in the actual game...

I'm not. I commented on how I actually have hope, something I don't think I've said before. It just keeps being diminished with every trailer.
So in essence, a port, not a remake. That's what really upsets me. So much potential, and they stick with the same boring game. Oh well.
Maybe I have bad eyesight, but they never looked bad to me really. The few graphical snafus the original had seem to have been ironed out, really.

Graphics are nice, despite most of the actors using nearly the exact same models as before. The animations look terrible and the music sounds like it was pulled out of someone's ass. Sorry Nintendo, nostalgia and flashy graphics just don't cut it for me anymore. I just don't see the appeal to this.

You might have bad eye site, and a very shallow mind.
Right, he's obviously the troll here.
How does that post show he has a shallow mind? I don't want to start a fight, but please, just answer me this. All he said was "nostalgia and flashy graphics just don't cut it for me anymore." That's an honest opinion, one I agree with. What about it is "shallow minded"? It seems like the one who insults anybody who dares to question the game is the shallow minded one here.
Sorry, just had to get that out of my system. Back on subject: Anybody seen Dodongo's mouth? I'm not one to get excited over graphics, but I thought it looked pretty cool for some reason. Out of the whole game, the dino's mouth is what appeals to me the most. I'm just weird like that, I guess.

I mean, I won't be getting it because I won't be getting a 3DS, but if I did I'd probably pick his up. It'll be a great excuse to play a great game again, and finally be able to play the Master Quest. I didn't pick it up for the GameCube, so I missed out on it a bit (of course I could just try to find it on eBay).
