@Canaan The room with the Darknuts is meant to be have that similar puzzle from Level 4. Hit the right Skull Pot which is actually a trigger.

classic canaan overthinking it.

 

after about 100 or so of these quests, i think ive trained myself to think way too much at times. I blame Freedom

Yes. You could have gotten the Hammer after Level 5 actually. The Hut Helper by the entrance of Mt.Daria will tell you a hint of where it is.

mmm...! where is the boss on this level four??  got the boss key but don't  see any door where to use,, haven't found the compas yet so no clue at which room may be..?? thansk in advance!

The red dot on the map indicates where a boss is.

I just finished Solcare which opened this shop and bought the din fire for 400. What is that for?

completed level four,, where level five is at,?? -- I went to a forest but is  closed by bushes and the  flame don't do  nothing so I can't go any further,, a little help please...!

A fairy fountain opens up after finishing mount ordeals to give you another item, and yes din fire is at the top shop in mount haraj
