Today I broke 1000 lines of code and 20 FFC scripts. And also I started Level 2. Important things first.

 

Also I'm so tired right now that I wouldn't be surprised if I actually broke 1000 lines of code as in made all 1000 of them stop functioning.

I'm going to have to drop out, sadly. But this quest is still going to be a thing. It's just that, I'm at the point where I know I won't be able to complete this in due time without it being rushed and poorly done. School assignments and my main project are chewing up too much time for me to make any valuable progress as of late.

Technically this was last night, but the overworld is finished and is probably going to be imported into the main file today. Then I'm going to work on a few caves and such, followed by some enemies and bosses.

Out of curiosity, since everybody seems to be dropping out, who's still in the contest?

So, I've got Chapter 1 fully done and a little bit of Chapter 2. I'm expecting to get this done sometime next week.

I'm definitely still in.  Last night I got to the point of about 25% done on the overworld, including most of the town.  Level 1 will come tonight.  As you can tell, I'll definitely be joining the Turn-It-In-Sunday-Night crowd, but I thrive on the pressure for projects like this.

Well guys, looks like I've hit a point where I'm getting pushed back a bit.

 

My subscreen broke, so I'm gonna have to make a new one. Hopefully this one will solve some issues I've been getting.
