Heh.. that was a sort of inside joke which was either strange or hilarious depending on whether or not you got it. Please do not make a Moldorm with over 2048 HP. One is enough!

Aww, I was hoping that I could change that for a Super Mario Bros. reference, oh well, I guess that wouldn't be allowed anyway.

I knew that it was a joke, inside or not, but I unfortunately didn't get it, although 2048 does look familiar, but I could simply be thinking that because it is the same as 2¹¹(my nerdiness is showing!). Anyway, I was only wanting to make it an optional boss inside a dungeon and you had to solve a riddle(or get super lucky) to access. I have no more questions, thanks a lot!

I have made 6 levels so far. Going to be working on Level 7 soon. I noticed that the deadline extended so that is nice. I should actually be done in time for the original date. w00t w00t.

Don't get discouraged by that. Shoelace may be an amazing quest maker, but that doesn't mean you can't try to beat him or even make a quest.

Don't be discouraged. I just wanted to practice making something as Chapters of Enova is a huge quest and won't be done for some time. It is afterall a Z1 contest, so it ain't going to be a Hero of Dreams by a long shot. I am just excited because it is literally the first thing I am going to release after Hero of Dreams... which has been a long time coming.

Nah, I'm feeling better about it now, and I've had fun so far. Finishing Level 4 tonight, and most of the overworld is done, too. I'd be done sooner but I've had to juggle work and writing and various other things, and writing burns out my creativity, requiring me to take some breaks so I don't make entirely subpar work all the time.

Now, if I lose, I have a brilliant name planned for my quest. But, if I win, I won't get to use this particularly hilarious name. Fate, why doth thou taketh a crap on me?!

My computer died today. I wasn't very far along but I did get a lot of work done on it last night and was looking forward to getting beck into it. Hopefully I'll be back the the game with enough time to squeeze in something.

Yes, you may change or even remove the mazes (or add different ones, though the Z1 overworld doesn't have a lot of good places for them).

My own 5th entry has three mazes on the Overworld, none of which are the original mazes.

Certain judges might dock you 'NES authenticity' points, but I wouldn't worry about that.

They were never restricted in the rules, since the overworld only needs to appear unchanged. Also, on AGN it was implied that it was okay to change the maze paths in this thread.
