I have been enjoying playing as Roy again. His new moves are sooooo nice.

He feels as though he combos better than Marth.  It's bizarre.

That's good if he feels that way. Marth still has the advantage only because of the way his sword works. But it's only a slight advantage in P:M compared to Melee.

I decided that I'm going to stick with using Toon Link for my main.  I just really like that you can use hookshot after you air dodge.  It can combo really well if you time it right.  Not to mention, his back air is just so fun to spam.

I'm getting this in first thing in the morning, I can't wait to see whats in this version. At least with this me and my brother will have something to do for quite some time.

Anyways I picked 3.0 up albeit the hackless version which I stupidly didn't see that it will only work on 2GB non SDHC cards.

Which the card I've been using is a 4G SDHC. Damn I deleted the beta without thinking and now I can't even play this, and I've tried loading through Gecko OS and all it does is load brawl then locks the system.

 

Kinda aggravates me that they removed Riivolution support... Man I'll have to look into finding a 2GB sd card, which for some damn reason is hard to find one where I live. I looked last night at K-Mart, Walmart, Office Depot, Dollar General, Freds, and a Best Buy and not a single 2GB SD card to be found anywhere.

 

I'll guess I'll have to order one from somewhere or see if my friends have one I buy/bum off them.

Sorry about that Ventus. They said they plan on getting support back for bigger SD cards in the future, but they don't know currently. It was a problem they had with the new stuff like the model importer or something.

If you have a 3DS, it came with a 2GB SD card.  Just in case something obvious like that slipped your mind (happens to me all the time, lol.)

I didn't really think about that card, damn I didn't think about it at all. Well time to swap the cards and transfer data then.

 

Edit: Start playing around with last night finally, and I hope that I'm not the only person who loves turbo mode in VS?

That really makes gameplay feel 100% better and super fast and fluid.

Seems to me that it's more like a merge between SSB Brawl and SSB Melee.

I played some friendlies with some of my SoVa Melee crew members. Getting ready for tournaments. Man, I am SO glad they made Marth good again in this. :3

 

Also played online with one of my old Brawl buddies. We had the time of our lives.

Is it just me, or is Ivysaur one of the most fun to play characters, ever?  So many hilarious combos, and his solar beam just adds to it.
