Well I have started getting back to using ZC and now

Currently working on:

Some custom tileset/Quest: If it is a quest then it will probably be a small quest with a few dungeons just to show how to use the tileset.

Some Present day/Near future quest that is going to be similar to Carnage in space.

Plans for the future:

OoT.

NightFall Blade: This game is going to be pure awesomeness and big, I am going to need help with designing the game though.

Black and white, Revival of the colors: This is going to be a puzzley game idea, was going to be sideview but it was to hard to make it fun.

Oh and what is

NEW

A pikmin game.

if anyone is mascosistic and kind enough to want to help me. it would be good appreciated

?

Quests in Production

Am currently working on a quest called Adam's Quest II, a sequel to Adam's Quest, a game that I LP'ed and made back in Zelda Classic 1.92 beta 183 when I had a Windows XP. Adam's Quest II is a project that I plan to take my time with and make sure I put as much effort into it as possible. As of now, I have levels 1 through 5 completed, four mini-dungeons you have to go through completed, four "Worlds" or different overworld sections and three "Lost Levels". The Lost Levels are dungeons I made in older quests that I never finished or care to finish (since they're from 1.92 and 2.10 and both ZQuests and Zelda Classics instantly crash on my Windows 7).

Currently I have a demo of Adam's Quest II but I don't know how to get permission to post the demo on this site, so I have a link to it elsewhere. Being a new member, I can understand being limited in my rights. I apologize if this is the wrong place to bring it up, but I am worried about spamming the forums and having action taken against my account. Not to mention I don't know where I would post such a question or who to contact about that.

Plans for the Future

I was thinking about making a quest where Link is essentially a typical RPG mage and where almost all of his weapons use magic. Because of this, Link would automatically regenerate magic since other than a glorified walking stick, his magic is all he has to protect himself with. Staves will replace the sword and I was thinking of having the level 2 one only do Wooden Sword damage, but fire a shot of magic that allows Link to conserve his magic for bigger threats.

After 50 posts (I think) then you can open a quest project which allows you to upload screenshots directly from your computer (Or a device attached to it, Like a memory card) and upload demos and post updates directly attached to your quest project (Like you would post about a milestone, Like finishing the first dungeon).

Quiet a nice feature indeed, Here is a link to creating one once you get 50 posts.

Since I may possibly be delaying The minion Files: Blue the Darknut forever, and I haven't been able to contact Sepulcher in a while for Nostalrul 2, here's a random project Idea that may or may not become a thing.

Potential Future Plans:

- Garrath the Monster Slayer: Basically, if I end up doing this, I want it to be a Metroidvania quest with several scripted items, bosses, enemies, cutscenes etc., I haven't completely decided on the story yet, but I have a basic idea for it. (It's much more serious than Nostalrul, don't worry.)

^Bumping, added description of the protagonist and a major plot event I have in mind.

EDIT: I am also needing a good title screen. I am thinking of something akin to OoT. Maybe the main character riding a horse in the desert with the Gerudo emblem replacing the Tri-Force or a desert scene with a magic sword embedded in the ground with sand or tumbleweeda blowing by with a golden Gerudo symbol in the back/foreground.

Only nazis And communists let threads die

My year to wrap up should be quite interesting.

Sad to say but funshine is still incomplete yet two maybe three days worth of work left.

Subatomic blade gone wild is making a comeback or at least the concepts. Guns, steampunk, careers and more

Good to see this thread has been revived :D

Quests in production:

  • Ganon's Curse, which is my main project. I'm hoping to get back to it soon, because I think this quest will have a lot of interesting stuff in it.
  • TRIFORCE: A collab quest between NewJourneysFire and me. I haven't done much in it since a long time, but once I've completed Ganon's Curse, this will get my full attention.
  • Puzzle Robots Deluxe, which is a side project and a puzzle quest. It adds and improves onto what the original Puzzle Robots did.

Planned projects for the future:

  • A Boy and his Cursor 2, which will be the sequel of the first one. It will take place in space and dark link and ganon are the main villains.
  • Realm of Lost Souls, or just "Lost Souls", a story type quest with a main gimmick that's invented by Shane.

Currently working on:

1. Link's Blade Crusade - Mostly quality of life fixes from feedback given at the expo. Long story short, it's a forced sword-less quest, hence the title. Story is very basic; you have to collect 3 Triforce pieces to break the seal on the shrine that houses the world's only sword, which is the only sword capable of slaying Ganon once and for all. Until the next game of course.

2. Adam's Quest II - Not as actively, but hey, I'm working on it every now and then. Biggest change since last time I posted is the difficulty is more relaxed. I added a few new enemies too, such as the blobs from Athena and Crystalis that are similar to Chuchus from Majora's Mask as they always drop one type of item based on color. A few months ago I also made some really strong enemies to be found in a creepypasta world called "RedmageAdam.exe". Thinking about continuing to work on that area before starting level 6, although you're not going to visit that place until near the end.

Plans for the future:

Nothing at this time.

Currently Working on:

Mike's Fun House: This expo has taught me a lot about how to make my quest more appealing to the public. I have been working very hard to improve every aspect in my quest. As I lean new technology, I go back and add to my previous areas. As of right now, almost all of my areas got a major visual upgrade. There has been some level balances, enemy balance, added obstacles, added references, and just more things in general to make my more enjoyable.

The idea for "Mike's Fun House" had swimming around in my mind for at least ten years. I always joked about "Mike's Fun House" with my friends and originally considered using RPG maker to make it. At one point, I even considered making "Mike's Fun House" into a board game. With Zelda Classic, I am finally able to achieve one of my childhood dreams, to create a video game. After I finish creating "Mike's Fun House", I don't think I will take the time to make another quest.

Currently working on Planning out: Classic Style AlttP Remake. I'm making a very extensive "game design document" for this project. It's already 15+ pages, and I'm only about a 3rd done, and not a single screen has been drawn in ZC yet, and won't until I am okay with how planned out it is. You can expect this to use a heavily altered Classic set, and stick fairly faithful to the events in the original, but there will be large creative liberties taken. Some dungeons might feel similar, some might be completely re-worked. Also, some items are modified, and moved around a bit. On top of general planning, and item placement, I've also been collecting graphic resources to add to Classic, which there are tons of in the database. Classic finally gets the recognition it deserves.

EDIT:  I have attempted this in the past, blindly, and trying to keep it identical to the original, but those maps went unfinished, and will likely not be used.

Future Plans: Finish A Classic project I've been working on for years. Decide whether to shelf Link's Hangover, and use its resources for something else. (Non-ZC) Finish my OoT mod that will add a "cave or ordeals" type area into the game.
