Should I be doing the Drenched Grotto or the Mud level first? I haven't be able to do to much in the Mud level but I did get upstairs and a clue. but nothing else I've done the majority of the Grotto but I'm struck trying to get to the a couple of rooms on the middle left part of the map. I've found a few secret raft paths but not to the part of the map I'm missing. I haven't found any treasure yet but I hope the Grotto has the flippers.

Just hit him in the head with the sword, after a while he will die. Jump to avoid the wizzrobes

My technique is to ignore the small wizzrobes (kill them when they're near, but don't waste too much time on them) and repeatedly hit the head of the boss with the sword (not the sword beam).

Not sure if I'm ready for icy plains, but got 3 keys and was only able to use 1. Can't open the second lock. Is it the wrong key?

Is the "second lock" red? If so, it means it's a lock for the boss key.

Tada nice thing to have the blue mail now , things seems to getting harder now

What's left after the ice cave? My inventory has 'everything' and there isn't anything I can see in the overworlds that I haven't been to that's readily apparent.

Look for burnable secret passages in southern hyrule.

Can I get the letter to buy potions before I finish the Drenched Grotto? Too many things going on in the room are making it way too hard for me. I've already tried 10 times without success and I'm ready to throw in the towel. If I had some potions maybe I could get him.

No you can't get potions at this point. I don't know why people find the boss so difficult Just stand near its head and hit, hit, hit with the sword.

Not at grotto, I'm in icy plains, but couldn't finish boss in level 5 either.

Phew finally at icy plains .
And i used the wand and sword at the boss in lvl5(mud level)
