Push the left block in the middle of the screen, up.

In Molka, you have to experiment with blocks to open all the paths up.

I'm stuck, I just beat level 1 and I'm not sure where to go. A moblin in level 1 said something about a secret passage 1 screen south of level 1, but I can't find it. Help! TIA

You know that screen south of Level 1 with the queue of Blue Octos? Kill them, stand where they spawned, and walk left through the wall. Bring the Bow and Arrow. icon_wink.gif

I love this game so far, but I'm stuck in Level 3. There's a room in the Northwest corner I can't access. I think I've pushed every block and tombstone in the room immediately east of the room in queston but none will budge. I also don't know how to get to the key in the room with the graves in the middle and the key behind blocks along the east wall. The hint is something about one room south and one room west but I couldn't get anywhere. So I'm two keys short, and I really don't want to buy them. I also have yet to get a treasure from Level 3. Do I get it right at the end or did I miss it? FWIW, I've opened up every room on the map except for the one in the Northwest corner and 3 rooms in the southeast corner including the triforce room.

Well, with everyone's help in this message board, I got as far as level 6, but I'm stuck. The worst part is I'm not sure exactly where to get unstuck. I have the redbook and one extra key, but I can't seem to find a door to place this on. Judging from the posts I've seen so far, the hookshot is in here somewhere. I do not have the red candle. Theres an enclosed area in the northwest part of the dungeon I have not explored yet... can't figure out how or if I'm supposed to be over there yet.

I did stumble across level 7 trying to find anything I could.

Okay, to get the key in the Center Graves room, walk through the wall to the right of it (it's a room with lots of graves and some Ghinis and Gibdos and a fire statue; you'll see the floor looks different where you're supposed to walk). Pick up the key. Unlock one of the rooms to the south and push a block to open the room to where the Power Bracelet lies. Use that to get another key up north guarded by a Wizzrobe. You can also use the Bracelet to find a quick way to go from the dungeon beginning to the end of the dungeon. Hope that helps. icon_smile.gif

Did you meet the guy inside Level 6 that says "You can time your wand shots to burn things" or something similar? There should be a room in the very bottom right corner full of bats and with a black block in the center. Use the Wand to burn the block by timing your shot so it hits a bat right as it flies over the block. That's how you get to the northwest dungeon part. Ask me if you get stuck again. icon_wink.gif

I'm glad everyone's enjoying my game! icon_biggrin.gif

Yes, I did meet him, and yes, I did enter that room.

What? Empty room? No bats! Hmm.... :/
Grr....
Well, I hate to do it, but I'll walk out of the dungeon and walk back in. See if any bats spawn there.

Is there anything I need before reaching Level-4?

Thanks Schwa. That was just sloppy, late-night play, not being on the lookout for walk-thorough walls. I feel stupid as I should have caught that. I haven't been this addicted to a custom quest in some time.

Anyway, Level 3 down, onto Level 4. Sounds like Bowser and I are at the same place.

Uh oh. That could be a bug in ZC. It worked for me each time, but you never know... *prays for you* icon_frown.gif

I recommend a Magic Shield, but you can win without. I did. Just make sure you have LOTS of bombs and LOTS of health about halfway into the dungeon. There's someone in there who you're only barely ready to fight.

No problem. Glad to hear you're enjoying it. icon_biggrin.gif Don't forget to add a comment and a rating to the game after you've beaten it/gotten decently far! I love hearing people's reviews, good and bad. icon_smile.gif (You too, Bowser. icon_razz.gif )

I know blanchette" is an elite player so this will be a breeze
I see player asking help all the way up to dungeon 9-3 ,,

(to vravelo) Wait, so you beat the game? Is that what you're saying? If so, PM me what Princess Zelda said when you rescued her and I have something special I want to give you. icon_smile.gif (Don't say what it is in the open-- others still have to beat it.)

Well, I closed the game, restarted it, left the level, picked up the big wallet, went back in, the bats returned. Yay!

Got the hookshot, used it to get the red candle, though I never did find out where the other end of that cave was.

So I beat 7, and am on my way to beat 8.

Oh, btw, there's a typo in level 8.

On the screen where the old man says "If you like secrets, take you're new item to the lava fairy"
That's like saying, "If you like secrets, take you are new item to the lava fairy."

Heh heh... naturally it should be "Your" not "You're"

Great quest, btw. I would rank this one up there with an old quest I remember years ago that also used classic graphics. It featured tough gameplay with clever item collecting and some great music tracks to some old rock n roll favorites like "Jumpin Jack Flash", "Abracadabra", and "The Wall". I want to say the title of the quest was "Link's Great Adventure", but I could be wrong.

Careful there. Even I have trouble with it. Good luck to you. icon_smile.gif

Oh NOOOOOOOOO!!! Dang it dang it dang it! I hate myself! And puppies! And Chocobos! (But not GoldenChocobo, a user on PZC. She's awesome.) I can't believe I didn't catch that! Arrrrrrrrrrrgh! *thinks about another update just to fix that*

I despise typos (typoes? icon_razz.gif). Usually I'm the one correcting other people. This is a big eat-own-words moment. I feel humbled and strangely serene... Th-thanks for catching it, at least... icon_eek.gif icon_eek.gif

Sounds awesome, though I can't stand rock myself. There was this one Quest in Classic graphics for version 1.90 called "Diemos: Death of a Moon" by a user named "Zora"... I remember how freakin' AWESOME that Quest was. Hard, too. Yeah, the best Quests are those underdog ones that don't get a lot of attention... Someone might disagree with that, though, and I admit it's not absolute. Everyone loved Hero of Dreams but that got TONS of attention. icon_wink.gif

Anyways, I'm rambling. I'm honored you're enjoying Molka as much as you are. I live to create, and seeing people enjoying my creations is like a dad watching his children grow up and go on to college. No joke. icon_biggrin.gif
