I just realized today that zelda-classic.de is dead. The community had already been inactive for quite some time now: This was just a matter of time. But I've been a mod there, so I still tried visiting the website once in a while. They should have at least contacted me or someone still active in the zelda classic community before killing it in order to clarify what to do with Time After from now on. It also may be only a temporal problem. I have no way left contacting mudvayne (except his youtube channel he hasn't used in years and this website) and it would be sad if Time After were to disappear. I already sent mudvayne a PM regarding the issue, but he hasn't logged in for over a year. He might read it eventually, though.
@Keith:
Anyway, have fun playing the quest!

Thank you. It has been pretty fun so far and sorry to hear all that. Hopefully he does return some day.

I can't seem to make this work. I've downloaded build 984 and the .qst, at first zelda classic wouldn't even open. I managed to bypass this by turning off fullscreen mode, and now when I try to open the quest it shows this.

I'm playing this on windows 7 32-bit. Any ideas?

Hmmm, sounds reasonable, though I'm pretty sure I saw some posts about it actually being playable in W7...
Is there any chance it might work with another version of ZC?

I don't think it'd work with another version. I was a Beta tester for this game and I can asure you: Changing the build might result in game-breaking bugs.Anyway, have you tried switching your system locale to German or US? We actually didn't use any German-specific letters in the text strings, but who knows...
EDIT: I just tried out Avataro's version and it doesn't work for me either (W8.1). It might be an earlier build 584-version.
I still have a version from 12/12/2009, the version of the original release. MuDvAyNe fixed some bugs even afterwards, but it should be playable nonetheless.
EDIT2: Here it is.

Thanks a bunch. I'll try this out.

On the left is a Let's play video on youtube and on the right is my zelda classic instance. Is this a glitch I'm seeing?

I have a Time After version that I think is more recent than that.
You can download here: http://ge.tt/2MbHLU72/v/0?c
I completed this quest so its playable without break-game bugs (in the ZC2.50 beta987). I played it in W7 with no problems.
I really enjoyed it and I think its one of the best ZC quest that should be more known

I don´t remember exactly that minidungeon (it´s not the lv3), I am not sure but when you lower the water, it doesn´t need to be got up anymore. You have not to restart!
Btw if you´re stuck, you could watch this gameplay
