Not too familiar with the Gen 6 meta, but it looks a lot like something I used in Gen 5.
I'm not too fond of Chandelure, but I certainly see how it's usable. I'm not sure what you aim to accomplish with HP Ice given it has been nerfed to BP60. Shadow Ball with STAB is only marginally worse iirc than HP Ice. Unless that causes you to miss out on OHKO/2HKOs on certain threats, I'd consider switching moves. I generally prefer specs on Hydreigon given that the meta seems to be slower and bulkier, letting you Draco Meteor holes into their team without a care in the world. I'd also consider a second priority user given that your team looks like it has little way in dealing with a lot of the faster threats that Conkeldurr can't beat. Again, I'm not too familiar with Gen 6s meta, so if I'm horribly misinformed let me know. I'd possibly consider swapping Chandelure with Reuniclus. Reuni is generally amazing all the way around, especially against slower special threats and stall teams.
I use Hidden Power Ice only for type coverage, and only for fighting dragons (I foresee some Multiscale Dragonite that would be hurtin' from a 240 BP Hidden Power).
I wanted scarf on Hydreigon so nothing would outspeed it outside of boosts and priority moves. Since it has 4x weakness to Fairy, its a good way to bait switch ins and I can swap out for Ferrothorn. Since I bred mine to have 0 IV's in speed (about 40 speed @ level 100 thanks to a speed reduction nature), it makes Gyro Ball OHKO most Fairys with a Curse boost.
I would use Reuniclus, if it wasn't for that horrid speed (base 30, 10 above Ferrothorn...) I use Ferrothorn only because of how bulky he is, in addition to his amazing typing. I also use Chandelure for switch ins, since with Flash Fire, he can immune Fire, Normal, and Fighting. That 145 base sp. attack is nothing to scoff at either, and with specs he can get over 600 special attack. Another reason for me choosing not to run Reuniclus, is his type coverage. He doesn't have that great of a moveset, limiting it to a Calm Mind build or an Offensive Trick Room (gimmicky enough in its own right.) The only thing I can see going for it is Life Orb since his ability Magic Guard prevents damage from non-attacks. However, I just needed a good revenge killer for that slot, and Chandelure was swapped for Jellicent since I was using his slot for type immunities.
The Gen 6 meta will probably see a lot of Fairies, Dragons, and Steels. Seems to be a Rock Paper Scissors metagame this time around. Hydreigon lost its popularity that it had in Gen 5 now that he has a 4x weakness, but that doesn't make him any less fearsome, since that's what the other 5 Pokemon on your team are for.
