^ Maybe it's just me, but it looks like he has a lion's mane around his head, which looks a little unnatural. Not that a humanoid dog is natural normally, but you know what I mean.

^Maybe it's just me, but the hat's shadow makes it look like he has no eyes, which looks a little unnatural. Not that a top hat nowadays is natural normally, but you know what I mean.

^ I agree, he's a Liabbit. Really, he doesn't look too much like an arcanine, aside from the color scheme. And Liabbit's are cooler.
