People who work for gaming magazines tend to. Like that one bastard here who got to play Skyrim all before we did. I'm pretty sure the game is finished and they're just mass-producing copies by now.

The copies very likely are already mass produced and might even be shipped to all the stores already (or the Exchanges/warehouses). It's just reviewers tend to get copies before the official release to help create hype for when the game finally goes on sale.

I just got a weird feeling...that this could be better than Ocarina of Time.

MY CHILDHOOD! HAVE YOU BEEN A LIE?!?!

Yes it could have, since almost every single Zelda game released after Ocarina of Time has been better than it. SS is just continuing an ongoing trend. icon_razz.gif

But my dislike of OoT aside, 100 people have been working on it for five years. So I seriously hope it's better than a 13 year old game, which was really (at least in part) an experiment with how the series would work in 3D. If 100 people working five years can't best a 13 year old experiment, I'm gonna be a bit disappointed. icon_razz.gif

Nothing new here. Zelda has never gotten a bad score. They have all been universally acclaimed.

True, TP is a terrible game.

I don't think TP was a terrible game to be honest. It lacked a few elements is all. Also, TS, I was the one who linked you to the score D:< wheres my credit!? 98/100 is pretty darn good. I can't wait. Someone send me a copy of SS when it's out! D:<

The problem I had with Twilight Princess was that it was way too easy of a game. The only time where it was truly challenging was the Cave of Ordeals.

After seeing how challenging SMG2 and ST was, I'm sure Nintendo learned their lesson about difficulty. I want SS to be challenging.

I was waiting for you to link it in the thread, so when you didn't, I did. I was gonna mention your name but I forgot. Sorry. icon_heh.gif

And yes, I'm fairly confident the difficulty of this game will be just right. It'll need to be. We haven't had a difficult Zelda in years. Well, difficult to me, anyway; people are saying that Spirit Tracks was difficult, yet I found it easy. icon_deformed.gif

Holy Jesus o__o

Now THAT is a trailer. The music fit it like a movie!

Is it just me, or does Mr. Fabulous— er, Ghirahim's voice sound similar to Ganondorf's? Interesting...

Pretty nice trailer. Wonder if the music will be in the game. As far as it sounding like a movie, well, they usually do that for trailer music. Though, since there's orchestrated music in it, perhaps there will be something that sounds like something that belongs in a movie. Remember Super Mario Galaxy 2's final boss music? That could have gone in a movie. So we'll see. Epically looking forward to the soundtrack as well as the game. icon_smile.gif

Hm, Ghirahim attacking a Sheikah, with Zelda present. Am I the only one who's thinking we might have some connection to Impa here? A little far fetched, yeah, but still. Oh and yeah, the trailer is beyond amazing.

I know she was blond instead of a redhead, but the girl also had darker skin. Maybe a Gerudo connection as well? icon_shrug.gif
